That's exactly why I refuse to pick up my nephew.

Babies break crazy fast.

They actually don't. It's pretty hard to break a baby unless you're incredibly clumsy, incredibly careless, or actively trying to.

Ok, what I actually meant is that I would break surprisingly fast once my sister finds out I somehow managed to crack her son's skull.

I'm lucky, most every baby/little kid who sees or interacts with me does one of two things: runs away screaming or gives me the "stranger danger" look and backs away to their parents.

Today was the first time in ages a kid didn't do that, and I think it was because she was wanting the waffles I was making, and couldn't reach into the pan because she was too short.

It's kinda nice, I get along well with kids. I actually got to teach some kind about IVs and EVs when he was having trouble beating his friends in pokemon diamond even.

I don't really like children. Shrill little poopsacks, every one of them. I'm glad I was never one myself.

They either have too reactions: intense friendliness or intense fear. I've made a child cry when i've smiled.

... but kids, yeah. I've always treated them like I treat cats, and it's mostly worked out pretty well. I am friend to all tiny sociopaths, and we get along well and chase people around with small logs. _{Okay, that was only the one time but the principle is solid.}

My emotions upon viewing the Dolly were a mix of morbid fascination and pure unadulterated horror.

Had a pretty nice evening there was some awkward stuff, like having to sit around watching other people eat at Sonic (the food was not stuff I wanted), and having a friend's mother give me very awkward complements about my physique. Then I got to watch Wreck It Ralph, and Pulp Fiction. Two movies I've wanted to see for quite some time.

It was pretty cool.
