I don't usually pronounce the "es" at the end, myself.

For, in order that men should resist injustice, something more is necessary than that they should think injustice unpleasant. They must think injustice absurd; above all, they must think it startling. They must retain the violence of a virgin astonishment. When the pessimist looks at any infamy, it is to him, after all, only a repetition of the infamy of existence. But the optimist sees injustice as something discordant and unexpected, and it stings him into action.

Yeah, you don't put the s after the ends of names either. Or need to pronounce it.

Some people avoid the problem by reversing the order: such as The Ship of Theseus instead of Theseus' Ship.

I seem to say "Jameses book" out loud though.

If, when using a possessive tense, the trailing s is dropped. If James owns a book, it is James' book.
The grammar here is off; That first sentence doesn't make sense. You say, "If, when using a possessive tense, the trailing s is dropped", and then you stop there, leaving a dependent clause high and dry. You aren't saying what happens when you are using a possessive tense and the s is dropped. Such suspense.

Perhaps you intended to remove the "If, "? You could also imagine the If was intended to accompany something like "that is the case".
Whoo, that's what I get for typing when tired. Kids, don't type tired. It makes you make no sense.

Are you like, pogo sticking around via peen outside with your pants off or something? Because that's the mental image I got.

My mental image was simply humping a snow bank. Yours is... Very interesting.

Bouncing around on my dong sounds painful. Either way, you'd have to worry about frostbite, though.

Also, I was reading about the Aeromodeller II zeppelin design, and that got me thinking about how I could utilize some concept similar to it to make an unmanned recon drone, just for fun. To the maths!

In other stock news, my 7$ shares of Blackberry are looking nice right now.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Not sure if I should just dump it after market now. I made lots on BBRY shorting it from the 20's and was looking for a good place to get in 'long'. I have like, no hope for them having future prospects once they go private though. Not too interested in sticking around for when that debacle hits.

An abridged version of my conversation with my dispatcher:
(this is after I sat around for an hour, BTW)
Me: Anything else for today?
Them: Waiting on planner
Me: Okay. Please let me know if I should go to truck stop.
(several minutes later)
Them: ...Yeah, you should do that

And so here I am again. Despite my complaints about the quality of this stop's WiFi, I have to admit that it easily has the best view of the truck stops I've been to. Up in the hills east of Seattle, crisp and cool but not frostbite-inducing, surrounded by trees and not far away mountains. This would be a nice camp site if not for the constant sound of running diesel engines :P

I remembered, as I was getting out of my car for work today, that within the pit that is known as the floor of my backseat I have the complete box-set of Scott Pilgrim novels.  Work's going by a lot faster than normal.
