Reducing all of your bookmarks to two letter abbreviation and mostly using the little website icons for identification allows you to have so many more bookmarks on your favorites bar.

I learned how to shuffle cards without needing a surface to put them on. Since then, I never want to use a table again.

I have a speed dial addon for Firefox. Ctrl+Number of my bookmark takes me wherever I want. Add on custom search functions to access with Ctrl+E, and I can do the whole internet without my mouse.  :P

I tried that, but it ended up taking up more time, and with bookmarks taking up so much less space then default there isn't any shortage of space to necessitate something like that.
