Yeah, I can imagine.

What kept you up?

This did:
After ~14 straight hours of coding on my erosion simulation program, I have 3d objects loading from .obj files, rendering those objects, doing newtonian physics on those objects, a physics-based craft with 10 force-producing engines, each with their own keypress (making it sort of like QWOP but with spaceships), and a hacked-together collision test with the ground heightmap using ray-triangle intersection tests cannibalized from my raytracer. Yay for highly productive night and copypasta from previous projects.

As it turns out, when you copypasta enough in your programming projects, all the systems are similar enough to make further copypasta incredibly easy while meshing almost seamlessly together. :P
Project due at 10AM. 6PM the night before: "Well, I guess it's time to get started on that project."

Yeast extract + Metal flakes?
What part of that is designed to be appealing to eat?

You mean you don't eat TiO2 and magnetite on a regular basis?

...Wow. I... Just realised how strongly I feel about yeast extract sandwich spread, and it scared me slightly.
In other news, get your piss-weak marmite out of this thread and eat some Vegemite, goddamnit!

Let's just say that the plot is finally unfolding. This makes me happy, almost to the point of uncontrollable rage. Wish I could get a gun and kill the bastards who ruined my life.

Just read this.

Um... With somewhat disturbing amounts of relevance, I just saw Seven Psychopaths and came in here to post about it. :o

For those who haven't seen it, I don't want to spoil anything... But it involves an aspiring scriptwriter trying to write a script of the same name, and he bases a lot of the titular 'psychos' off the people he finds himself surrounded by.
...That's an interesting coincidence, there.

Are you writing a script based off of Bay12ers? How sweet!
