Now do research on the profitability of launch coasters. Those things are mad cheap and hella valuable for how long they last. Now we just need to figure out the optimum launch speed/track segments for maximum excitement. Sure launching guests from zero to 40mph instantly seems problematic, but they sure seem to like it.
Like with the Go-Karts, I would assume shorter track = less time = more customers/hr; time is key/money, if anything. Who cares about how fun it would actually be IRL for the customers?

The best coaster I ever made was a high-speed steel design, that was just one giant riser and a twenty-story corkscrew.  Had an Intensity rating of like eleven (which is actually pretty low by my tracklaying standards), and a line to get in a mile long.

I've been watching the videos of Shack Tactical playing ArmA2 and associated mods, mostly via CHKillroy's videos. It's like watching the ultimate LARP sessions in action.

I particularly like this video of them playing a WW2 mod.

Of course, a big part of the fun is that everyone is trying to be very serious soldiers, while Killroy likes to horse around (not that he's not capable of being a serious soldier when the situation calls for it). He's also very fond of being melodramatic, especially when it comes to Beagle,  I'm very tempted to cut together a video of him exclaiming "Beagle" in various situations.

He also has this amazing talent for staying alive while everyone else dies, it doesn't always hold true, but I think it's because he's not as aggressive as everyone else and tends to keep his head down, but I've seen him put himself in danger again and again and still manage to survive.

He's also pretty good at sometimes getting people killed.

He's also amazingly good at dramatic endings to videos. I remember on where he was completely surrounded, all but two of his squad was dead, and he was stuck in an apartment. He radioed for a pickup, and told the other tow guys to get inside. Both of them where shot to death on the way. He then discovered that the ladder to the roof was bugged, so he popped smoke, and ran for it.

Yeah, that's the other reason I want it.
Edit: bought it.

And now, as this is the first ArmA game I've played, it is time to figure out which end of the gun to hold.

Er... Preliminary results suggest that I should never be allowed near any motor vehicle, aerial vehicle, or generally anything that moves. I have crashed several helicopters, a jet, accidentally road-killed an instructor, and... er... sorta commanded my tank gunner to fire when he was locked on the first aid station. >____>

And I'm not even done with the training missions yet! :D

Maybe the Construction training mission will go better... I can't see how I could screw that up to the point where it's fatal.

You get used to it eventually. Though I still drive cars like a fucking maniac probably out of I dunno... My total inability to keep my shit together when I start going fast maybe?

Poor cows. And villagers. And that house I somehow flung my Humvee into and collapsed.
