For those too young to remember, "Baghdad Bob" was the nickname given to Saddam Hussein's information minister, Muhammad Saeed al-Sahaf, during the 2003 invasion of Iraq. The guy had a serious penchant for delivering the official propaganda with a straight face, such as denying that US troops were in Baghdad, even as they were knocking down the walls of government buildings. The greatest fragmented 4 person team ever came to mind just now.
1. Vector, the leader, the ability to manipulate math in many situations, and the leader. Has an alternate alias that is a scarf ninja that can fly around like a ninja and do ninja stuff. Multilingual.
2. Japa, the diplomat. Stare down anyone who dares confront him. Uses his powerful ability of illusions to intimidate people with what appears to be very very short legs with his awesome robe. Did I say he has a fucking badass stare? Also, he rides his scooterbike. With sunglasses. Like a boss. Don't fuck with him when he's wearing his sunglasses.
3. Kael, the freakin pyro, can take down almost anything with his flame manipulating abilities. You cannot burn him, he does not have time to combust. He has time to combust you though. And time to run servers too. It is rumored he can even make danmaku. Maybe. Eventually. Something.
4.-Placeholder- I need someone else who's particularly badass for here.

And then the anti team.
1.Max White, snazzy, dashing, the very gaze of his eyes rips the ant out of antagonist, and turns it to awesometagonist. Leader of anti team. Sexiest eyebrows.

And I need to think of more people, but yeh, these are some of the people who I find awesome, fit the roll, and I would believe aren't too unwilling to be charted on here. Just letting the imagination go it's like some awesome anime or something already.
