I am not so sure. A simple definition of eat is "To take into the body by the mouth for digestion or absorption" so I don't think you can eat anything without a stomach.

It will just sorta fall out the hole.

Mexican (adopted Mexican, he's actually Greek) friend of mine fed his fiancée menudo.
She thought it was delicious.
Then he said it was cow stomach.

As for the digestion, you can staple the esophagus to the entrails, bypassing the stomach altogether and still allowing for digestion.

That seems like it might hurt going down.

Also seems like you can get infected by doing that.

It's an actual surgical procedure.
I forget whether there's a practical application or if it's just to help morbidly obese people lose weight.
