52 days, 20 hours and 16 minutes, Happy Birthday Aklyon, And I have no life as well, it seems. (Just catching up on lost time)
I beat another map of Roller Coaster Tycoon, and tripled the value of Katie's Park instead of doubling it as the mission goal stated. Karts & Coasters looks fun, but I might make commitment time in the future to get Evergreen Gardens taken care of (4 year level).
And fortunately, the next few work days will be short and sweet. My fingers are crossed that I either don't work 4th of July, or at least have a decent time slot as to not miss out on the day. Kinda a double-edged sword here, but I don't think I'll be making the long haul Wednesday I usually do next week. I think my job's getting stingy on the hours again. I gotta find better work anyway. It seems appropriate for the season.
On that note, the design project I was assigned thanks to my sisters hiring me is looking well, and getting me back into the groove of designing (still no idea on the price they're asking of me; but hoping the end result pulls through and sells well, I'm hoping a good payment (You know, family discount; plus the project's more of a community effort kinda thing, so payment's a little oddball)). Hell, I'm actually starting to pick up the *brush* again and refine at least my observation, extraction, editing, and tracing skills. Of course, I'm limited to my mouse doing this as my Graphire pad is too small for the level of work I do (and lacks pressure sensitivity and such). Still, I'm not half bad with it. I feel seemingly more precise (though not as smooth) using it.
I might take another crack at freelancing, seeing as my last attempts kinda sucked and didn't bite.
