All dignity is lost once the battery starts to go. had to un-battery my ye olde laptop and keep it plugged in all the time for about the last 6 months before i got my new one.

My laptop battery didn't work when I got it, although it was used. It costs a lot to replace. I could get a PS3 with that much money and still have some left.

 Checked the Python site and found that their tutorials section has been updated with some stuff that answered questions that blocked previous progress. Nice. I might be able to dabble with this stuff now.

 I might also look into ika, as it offers some things I could use without terribly much in the way of confusing me or slowing the program down. In fact, using this for graphics might makes whatever I make quicker. Of course not being a programmer I don't know the actual effects or if this will be a problem or not. I'll abandon it when problems arise. this is primarily for python learning.
