I just saw that Jackrabbit has 666 pages of posts.

I'm really not sure why I was mucking about in his profile. I'm just sleepy I guess...

Hero core was a mildly interesting game, although not worth the ~30 minutes spent on it.

Imagine a cool peice of sky-blue and milk-white marble about 3cm by 2cm and by 0.5cm, containing a tiny 2mm malacolite crystal. Now imagine the miles of metamorphic rock it's embedded in that no pick or chisel will ever touch. Then, imagine that those miles will melt back into their mantle long before any telescope even refracts an image of their planet. The watchers will be so excited to have that image too.

Downloaded UFO: Alien Invasion.

It isn't too bad, although I wish the terain was destructable. Managed to not lose anybody on the first mission too, and had a soldier survive plasma to the face, and a molecule thin blade to the gut, with no armor whatsoever due to magical health kits.

Also, grenade laucher sentries on buildings are awesome.

I love Audacity.
I managed to take an awesome song that only had a semi-wrong title and give it proper credit, a genre, album, and corrected title.
Now to do this to all the other songs in my iTunes library with incorrect information.

Happy I'm not freaking the fuck out anymore.

And for other stuff, of course. Just mind your own damn business and start saying you're happy.

You guys know the rules.  You're supposed to make an overly-detailed thread about your depressing psychological problems so we can all offer well-intentioned but terrible advice and useless sympathy.

Made a space ship in game maker that...

Can rotate (albiet metaphorically), and hit the breaks (sort of). It's pretty silly right now though, seeing that there is no (technically reasonable) speed limit right now. You sort of disapear after a certain point.

Are the not-so-depressing social regulatory problems just as bad? Seriously, I'll stop if they are.

Anyway, I'm happy I'm making money to pay off stupid shit. Even minor medical co-pays add up fast.

My 15 year old Honda Accord is starting to seem retro, and I take the ancient beast in stride now. My dad insists it's actually the sporty version of a '95 Accord, which explains why it can go 108-109, but not any further. If the brakes were better, I'd still joyride in it.

On and off. I'm no good at it, but I'm getting better. At the rate I'm learning though, we can expect a game out of me by 2020.
