EDIT:
Actually, I think it sounds like it was plausibly an original cut, and just sped up or remastered into a higher pitch to sound younger.

Yeah, I didn't like the JPop-ish super high vocals.
Also toyed around with tempo a bit, but like the normal speed.

I could make it worse, but I'm not that sadistic.

Anyway, I actually prefer the vocals at 14% lower, but then the instrumentals sound bad, so I went with 12%.

My paper is supposed to be ten pages. This morning, it was barely five and a half, but some much needed figures, photographs, charts, and lengthy descriptive captions boosted the total to eight.
