Happy burthday.
I had a trip to a science museum today, I've already seen it and it was childish, but whatever.  There was a strength tester and I managed to get 240 pounds per square inch!  There was also a heart rate measure thing...

I happen to have a resting heart rate of 140 beats per minute.

I think this shows my stress daily quite nicely.

Hmm... That sounds like a science museum over here, Pacific Science Center.

Anyway, I've found that I will be able to get a job either soon or over the summer, I'll be able to actually get some money!

I also discovered that Morrowind isn't as bad as I remembered it, the travelling still sucks but I can get over that. I kinda wish I had it on the computer so I could "improve" it with mods though.

I think I would remember if I had amnesia.
I'd like to remind everyone that half of the time I don't even know what I'm talking about. The other half of the time I only sort of know what I'm talking about.

Called a physical science friend about what the people at LA fitness told me about working out.  Apparently the LA Fitness people are OUT OF THEIR MINDS.  They were urging me to essentially train to be a body builder and told me I could never lose weight without their careful guidance.  My friend said to do a circut training exercise (but starting with super sets), which is, I think, the exercises used on biggest loser, and by doing that, dieting, and challenging myself, I'd be able to lose what I need, build muscle, and gain strength.

Been watching a Fallout DF LP (Dwarven Smokolgist's I believe, according to the Youtube avatar). Pretty entertaining so far. And YAY! No work for tomorrow.

Furthermore, I think I fixed most of my computer problems as well. So far, my graphics driver isn't acting all screwy, and I think what I noticed most was that after defraggler and debugging my drivers, I noticed that Firefox is no longer eating most of the memory on the computer as it usually does after longer than an hour of use. And I'm not sure, but I think I noticed my computer starting up like when I first got it again. I think I fixed it more than I thought...

Morrowind is awesome! So much to do you will forget about the plot entirely. As for the traveling: 1. enchant an amulet of flight, 2. equip the boots of blinding speed(best if you're a breton, gets rid of the "blinding" part), 3. Move from point a to point b really, really fast.

Yeah, boots of blinding speed are awesome if you can get over the blindness.

Anyway, I've never really believed in the whole "practice makes perfect thing."  I can't think of any times I've ever really gotten noticeably better at something through practice.

Just to humor myself, I've been exercising, to see what happens.  And guess what!  I can no longer un-flex my arm by squeezing my bicep!  That's a big thing for me.

Went to the closest thing you can get to an arcade today.
Played some Galaga and noticed that the DDR machine was playing TTGL clips in the background.
Then I was ambushed by girl scouts once I left.
Damn them and their thin mints.

Well that was an... experience.

I maintain that 'Waltzing Matilda' is not an appropriate response to a Haka, because a Haka is a Goddamn war dance. A song about a man doing dubious things with sheep and then drowning himself will not strike anything other than mild discomfort into your enemy's heart.

I'm in Washington right now. Got here yesterday, but had some net trouble.

Also, I'm not jetlagged. Managed to stay awake untill 9pm yesterday and woke up at 7am. Great to be awake at normal people hours after a flight, especially a fourteen hour one.

Anyway, I have another flight tommorrow before getting to Eugene, so I won't be here all day.
