I would have thought actually being able to perceive one's surroundings would be important, but whatever, i guess not. Blind creatures do so well in real life af- wait, no they don't. Is there any reason to not have both carniverous ability and photosynthesis? The photosynthesis will give us a useful backup source of energy, hopefully allowing us to go longer between meals and ride out famines better, in theory it should give us an edge in extinction periods.

As you view the mass number of divisions, you see several oddities before you.

For one thing, you see that a good number of the cells have optained a nucleus. Additionally, we see that primitive cloroplasts have developed in a small group of cells. This is a rare trait, and will dissapear in the populace later on.

As you observe, you see a oddity appear in a cell. A error appears, and it fails to split with another cell. Both seem alive, yet one seems to lack traits of another.
