Found from a google image search, originally in a white background. I did some editing with GIMP to get a black background instead. Easier on the eyes, and has a nice contrast. A bit pixelly in places, but eh. Still looks good. I, uh, have no idea who made the original, honestly. Such is the way of the internet.

Possibly. I don't recall for sure. I think I was going for "spooky red glowing eyes" more than anything specific. Possibly also inspired by Armok's avatar?

I'm pretty sure that it was always supposed to be wallpaper, so I'm not sure why I didn't render it to fill the screen...
