Pretty much. You don't HAVE to RP, most people use it like the chat client it is, but plenty of people use it for their RP characters and stuff. It's fun, even if you have no idea about all the secret intricacies of Homestuck. I mean, it's not like every character knows everything, or even most things.

I actually have.... 5 peterchum accounts I use. 1 extraterrestrial, 1 troll, 2 humans of indeterminate age, and my OOC account. Something tells me that's a bit much. .-.

My exercise at RPing lasted less than an hour, and I'm surprised it made it that long.  Of course, the other end of my conversation was Toony doing his usual Toony thing.  It certainly feels like pretending to chat with a pretend space alien.

Also, Hussie lost his record of Christmas themed updates.  What a shame, no Christmas shenanigans for MSPaint Adventures this year.

I use pesterchum, usually for certain Homestuck RPs over at the Escapist forums. I am currently 1 human, his Beta-timeline self, and a troll.

It's really quite fun.

Not really! It looks like the fantrolls over there are mostly just...normal ocs. I think you mean Deviantart or something but they're really uncommon over at MSPA. To be honest, I think you'd have better experiences with roleplaying over there.

Heartstuck is pretty great I like it. Also Superego is good. Blocklocked looks actually pretty well done so far for a sgrub adventure with fantrolls. There's more really good ones that I can't name off the top of my head.
