Who knows? That might be a perfectly normal relationship in troll culture.

I don't think it's elaborated on how a Kismesis pair hook up if they're hating on eachother all the time.

Also, when using slashes for ships ( X/X ), I usually put the dominant on the left and the submissive on the right. It makes life more interesting.

I bet they ran the double mobius reacharound virus on that ship and it cursed them and everyone they know to only know misery and heartache from any troll romance they get in.

I mean, there hasn't been a lot of success for any troll in that department, unless you consider Equius and Aradia a success.
