Also, I grinded the shit out of our pokémon and the damn NINCADA is still level 7.

I have fixed it by now.. the word was supposed to be 'near' not 'neat'..  :-[

But if you want to wait with it then that's opk, as longas you get attacks better than when evolving it..
However I say we should let it evolve.
