After a few comparisons, I learned that Mudkip learns Hydro Pump and Whirlpool on its own. Not even Swampert learns those without an Technical Machine.

So are most evolutions of almost every pokemon.
I think Swampert is one of the less ugly ones.

Besides SilcoonBarbarossa, Okenido is our strongest pokémon, I'd say.
