Theres only one Beldum in the game, when you get it in Mossdeep city I think. The one in the ocean.

I'm working on the update.
EDIT:
I forgot to take screen shots of the battles!
After finding it very difficult to level up a bug pokemon, I decided to fight a couple of battles I've been holding of on!

These two kids had a lotad and a seedot. It was VERY difficult to fight them with NINCADA and Myroc!
And then this guy!

He said he was a water pokemon expert, but the jerk fought me with 3 different magikarp!
People are sometimes retarded...!

We're near Rustboro and are ready to take our first gym battle.

Also, I grinded the shit out of our pokémon and the damn NINCADA is still level 7.
