Where do I have to build it, can I build it inside?

Right now you have to build it on its platform.  If the platform is completely destroyed, there is no way to rebuild the dish.

So I suppose I should clarify: you can repair the dish.  Building a new one will have to wait until I'm done playing No Mercy on L4D.

Plasma researchers need more to do...the disk platform should be made of liquid plasma hardened into a rock.

I preferred it when it was toxins and you could experiment on the monkeys myself.  No idea what plasma researchers could do, I'm an engineering / services guy myself, so anyone who's a researcher, please, I'll be happy to hear your ideas.

Anyways, comm dish is now rebuildable, if it isn't completely destroyed.

I'm not aware of a way to make a comm dish from scratch, though.

You can build a base, not a working dish.  And yes, I noticed that after I checked sheet/metal.

Also, giving plasma researchers more to do.  Plasma is supposed to be a miracle energy source needing research, after all.

Hey look I'm DistortedAudio and to all Syndicate Agents I killed I got a message saying "You are Traitor: You are to protect the station at all costs." So I killed the Syndicate guys in the room with me. I mean if I got banned for said infraction I just wanted to clear it up with all the people I killed. Sorry but I was just following my objective.
