Mid-Boss is the greatest.
Especially in the show.

Quote
"Mr. Mid-Boss, please hand me that necklace!"

"I'm sorry my girl, but I cannot."

"But I'll die without it!"

"I'm terribly sorry, but it is mine, finders keepers."*

*My memory of this scene is fuzzy at best. The words are very off.

The game is easier if you focus on 1-3 people only, instead of doing what I usually do and make a balanced team of about 7.

I'm representing my trade for the student council.  I will have ONE vote to throw around to ENFORCE the LAW.

It's quite cool.  I sit way high up in the back, the place is shaped like a dome.  I have a little sign card saying my trade and me sitting in MY seat.  I can bring forth ideas and reject others.  I control the SCHOOL system.

We have a school council here too, it's a puppet government designed to give the illusion of student control, most students don't even care, they know the score. Most of the time it just gets saddled with pointless administration or deciding between two pre-set choices neither of which have any effect. Just to rain on your parade.

I'm part of my school council. We control the lunch menu and the dress code. We also plan spirit weeks, jean days, and other such activities. Our spirit week is involving a gender bender theme on one of the days.

Awesome. I'm treasurer of Broadcast Committee and Rocket Club at my school.

PS: Rocket club came up with a brilliant plan to get funding this year. EVERY member has a job (including the mascot), so EVERYONE goes to the general ASB meeting and EVERYONE gets a vote.

PPS: ASB stands for something student board. The ASB itself really sucks, but the rocket club outnumbers the amount of votes that the ASB president gets (like 10), so we have a shot at getting a class S rocket motor.

Holy Hell is everyone doing this is my school.

Every since the start of my 11th year in school.  EVERYONE HAS TO KNOW HOW TO JERK.  It's insane, but it's also a really cool dance that makes me laugh.  I was in school today and after finishing all of our labs (oh boy, they were tough, bridge rectifiers FTW) two of my other shop mates starting doing some dances they knew and showing off.  One of them was Jerkin'.  It was hilarious and I wanted to do it with them, one of them showed me how step by step.  It's a pretty easy one to learn (at least the basics), but I couldn't nail it there.  So when I got home I practiced for a bit and now I can Jerk as long as my legs hold.  I'm a pretty fast learner.  I can't wait to show them tomorrow.

Anyone else know of this weird hip-hop dance?

That was a huge fad around here a year or two ago. Now it is all about the Booty Do and Wha-Wha-Wow.
