I am interested to see how Mikasa changes now that the thing with Eren happened. I like how they built him up as the usual Shonen protagonist over 5 episodes, and then suddenly NOPE. Actually Mikasa was the real protagonist all along!

Though I wonder, wasn't Eren going on about how he doubted he could even die if the Titans killed him right then and there earlier in the episode? Still banking on the metaphysical shenanigans. If just because I started to like parts of Eren. Like his arm and leg.

Maybe he can regenerate like non-lethally wounded Titans do? That might be what the weird pseudo-dream injection scene with his Dad was all about? Mad Science?

I'm not completely certain about this, but the wording of the narration after the first timeskip (when they're exposition-ing about the titans) implies that they only learned the titan's weak point after the wall was breached.

Can't be. The scout in the first episode prologue was clearly aiming for the back of the neck, and that was before any walls were breached.

I'm almost positive it's the first time that they actually assembled a military for it, granted that said military is essentially volunteers to meatshield and distract the enemy while civilians and "more important" people escape. Therefore, the wording might make it out that way, but it may just be that the information is only just now actually being taught aside from the campfire tales and tutelage of the expedition members.

I have yet to play the *Mute Route, but I am saddened that *Mute tries to off herself. Equally depressing is a certain achievement's unattainability.
