Seems stone will no longer be a limited resource.

Still, I prefer iron and steel and glass like real dwarves.

I would bet money Andrew has edited things retroactively, except I can't prove anything because it was edited retroactively.

This sounds picture-worthy.

Considering how much I did fail on draining the tomb... We sould be more worried about leaving some way to get watter out... and I should probably have a lot more hatches buildt.

8th tember.  Darn, thought there'd be at least a season without drowning again on this project, oh well.

Strood there for days watching our little artifact bucket go up and down the long passage from prison to tombs.  Very awesome indeed.

okay, trying to figure out how to upload a video.  Got my frames back up to 14, and should at least have the system for hitting the next layer up by the end of winter.

This sounds like it'll be an interesting video.

Also, death makes for an interesting fortress.

could only stand a couple hours of it a day.  I don't actually know what everyone is doing, but apparently there is a lot of it to be done.

okay, had to save scum, as the lavafall down the main shaft from a slipped designation did not agree with my fps (got as low as 2... don't really think we are up to trying to keep 1 or 2 people alive that were actually in a lockable food stockpile in hopes of enough lava clearing for them to find a pick ond open some aquifer to drink)  But at least I found the most effecient way to clear the aquifer level so far, so I'll have it damned by the end of tonight.

Oh, right, that.  Alright, opening the file now. Still never found out how to make that video, though.

I'm not sure what you mean.  If you're talking about the actual recording, you just hit semicolon to start recording, and then hit semicolon to end (and press some other buttons to save, I can't remember the specifics).  Then it's just saved under the movies directory in your data folder, and you can upload those files directly to the DFMA.
