Yay, looks like the uppermost level will dry out soon, and everything went fine even with the miss-designations this time.

So what if I flooded half a level with magma, I also freed half the same level from the aquifer, and set down 15/16ths of the retaining wall on the next one down.

Also, tried clearing up that floor space up top to free some room for trees... but generally ran out of hauling to do.

Do you have a map for the Speargroove DFMA file?

should have one up later tonight, but if anyone would like to throw one up first, be my guest.

Amazingly enough, I've managed to place a rock of obsidian INSIDE an obsidian wall tile, on level twelve, all the way to the right, surrounded by magma, really messed me up.

As you can see, yes, there are some flooded areas, but this is just all the more to work with as we go down yet another level, and reclaim that magnicite.

 Egads...

I started the trend of clearing the magma pipe for habitation. You are starting the trend of clearing the aquifer for habitation.

There is no way this can fail.

Now, we need someone to start the trend of clearing the SKY for habitation.

We'll have more square acres of fortress than most 6x6s with mountains ever make.

Hmm, so what is actually happening with the fortress Time Kitten? Are you done with your turn? If so Caranha is up. If Caranha can't take it, Duke gets another turn.

Actually, bump me down to the bottom of the list again. I'll wait for a few more people to do two years before doing a third.

Oh, yes, done.  Sorry if finals have gotten me o\of balance and i can't bard it up, though... but indeed mostly just micro managing the processes, and i think a few dwarves do have the hunting skill still on, since i tock it off when they first stated napping in open lava channels, but most that still do are satisfied in work, so still happy.

I recommend saving spears and bucklers and re-enabling it anytime you do mass hauling of the surface.

Caranha is skipping his turn, and Duke's passing on his for the time being.  I'll contact TheMirth and see if he wants to go.

Uffdah.  :'( Bad timing. If someone else is able they can take my spot. Otherwise it'll be a few days before I can get to this.

Alright, so here's the breakdown on players:

Caranha (quit)
Duke (pass)
TheMirth (pass)

I will contact Barbarosa and see if he's available.

Well, this blows. I have up to a week before Eternal Halls and I'm currently on Ardesfath. I'll nominate the people who passed to go, so that I have enough time to actually do my other two succession games.

THEY ALL COME AT ONCE!!! KEKEKEKEKKE!!

O.K. That does it, I will now start another round of signing up and take my turn at Speargroove. All previous people who wanted a turn will have to sign up again as i have lost count of those wanting a turn.

Edit, No wait I forgot about Hagadorn, If he skips his turn then I will take mine and start a new round of signing up.
