I'm playing this again, Moved to Cyprus the day it got added and now fighting PTOers, Racism and RL Cypriots trying to force Non-RealLife-Cypriots into leaving.

At least they finally realized everyone hated the new up date.  Too bad it cost them half their players (myself included.)

They got invaded by Greece and are down to as many provinces as Cyprus right now. :P

Edit: I don't think its V2 anymore they changed a bunch of stuff, no happiness, only one Work skill, etc.

I played it back before they even implemented war, but I left a little ways into V2 IIRC. The game slowly devolved into nonsense involving gold purchases, but maybe it improved at some point.
