When an active job site is left unattended, there is a small chance each week for the Infestation Level to increase. Higher Infestation levels mean the job site is more dangerous to staff. However, for effective Pest Control companies, the job also becomes more and more lucrative as the Infestation Levels increase, as the customer will pay more for successful Eradication.

At Infestation Level 2 and above, the pests can start causing damage to the property, which will be deducted from your pay.
At Infestation Level 4, the pests will spread around the Location, creating more Job Sites. These Job Sites are more likely to spawn at an Infestation Level higher then 0, and they are more likely to be the more dangerous, uncommon types of pests for that area.
Bad things happen at Infestation Level 5.
