= Breaking News =The Local Community Center opens it's doors to new Learners today! A nice Open Day was had with stalls set out in the carpark for tea and slightly old biscuits. "We have a varied curriculum for all adult learners, and some pets too." beamed Lucy, the scruffy goggle-glasses proprietor. She polished a biscuit on her long faded tunic. "We want to give a voice to all the wonderful professors in this town, who have something unique and special to share. There are many students in Knobble-on-Hillock just waiting for an opportunity to shine!"
A few posters were seen around the property with a number to call if anyone had seen Bonnie Anderson in the area.
Rian Borneo was at the event, holding a napkin and a cup of earl grey he sourced from somewhere. "This is a great opportunity to make an announcement. We've recently been granted planning permission to do up the old
Town Hall, but the place is unfortunately overrun with some nasty pests. As such, I am willing to pay
5 Doubloons to whomever is able to clear it out, so we can begin the work of refurbishment."
In other news, Bill Gravells was seen opening the old Army Surplus Store to not much fanfare. "Bloomin' Rats," he spat as he wrestled with the series of large padlocks on the door. "Going around doing my laundry. Can't have a Army Surplus Store smelling of blooming petunias!" He's always been a bit of an odd duck.

=New Mechanic: Hidden Jobsites=This Mechanic has been around for a little while but I haven't outright mentioned it.
Some jobsites are hidden and cannot be found by Scouting a location. In order to SCOUT these locations, you need to know the address of the property. Certain Staff abilities, having a subscription to the Crypto-Knobblenomica, or RESEARCHing at the local Library when you have a library card, can provide you addresses you can visit. By their nature, Hidden Jobsites are only accessible by those with the knowledge of their addresses. You can trade the information, store them for a rainy day when the Location is nearly tapped out of work, or utilize them through SCOUTing them out. Note that Hidden Jobsites are guaranteed to have uncommon or rarer tier pests for that area. They represent a lucrative opportunity, though caution is advised. Hidden Jobsites found through the Crypto-Knobblenomica in particular tend to come with additional information on what kind of pest may be found there, so prepare in advance. Library research may sometimes lead to more historic issues around the town.
=New Mechanic: Training Courses=You can now send your staff on Training Courses to get certifications. These will improve the ability of your Staff Member, or unlock new functionalities or abilities for them to use on jobsites, or improve existing functions or ability to spot certain types of pests. Some training courses will have pre-requisites for other courses, particularly if they are a course in a series. Training Courses at minimum require 1 Turn to be spent at the Local Community Center, but some courses take longer for a staff to learn.
Courses typically refresh at the first week of every month.
