I'll just end the second-guessing there and say that I'll go with myself+Tricmagic or Imp + Tricmagic.
That can look scummy, but it came after all four of us said we pick Sec to be among the survivors.
And Sec says, 'okay, me and Tric' or 'Imp and Tric'. Even there not firmly saying 'town me, survivor I should be'.
That can be scum play, yes.
And Sec's made the fewest posts of us all.
But the 'too towny' fallacy is just that. Sec looks decently town to me in every post.
The second scummiest post Sec's made, to my eyes, you also pointed out, Max, and whole post here:
Either this is Sofanthiel's last ditch effort or they're town and don't mind dying.
If it's the latter, I'd be more inclined to believe Max is mafia because he's the only one to include himself in the survivors. But it might SOMEHOW be Tric. For a 100% win, I'd probably go with myself and Imp but that's not possible because for some reason, everyone else thinks Imp's mafia.
I'll just end the second-guessing there and say that I'll go with myself+Tricmagic or Imp + Tricmagic. Of course, in the end, I will go with the majority. But I'd rather Max wasn't one of the survivors.
What do you say, Max? You were okay with me. Are you okay with Tricmagic?
Basically, if Tric's scum, he gave up on any hopes of winning a while ago. Or so it looks like to me.
I see realistic doubt. And not playing safe. Playing safe is siding with someone who others agree with. Sec says I seem townie, and that's not at all a safe call, safe calls are agreeing with others. I see independent thought here and genuine evaluation.
I can also see it as manipulation after the fact of being named survivor by all 4 town. However, I think Sec would still play it safe-ish there. As scum, Sec doesn't need to care who their town survivor is. This Sec seems to care.
That said, I can support any 2 very likely town as our survivors.
I do think Sec is very likely town, I am more sure of their townie-ness than I am of any of the rest of you. I take Tric second safest, sof third, and Max not safe at all.
Do we discuss, or do we go with the previous plan?
