Overall, I'm not liking the new NQT persona. Sure, cutting throats is fun, but I'm not sure what is the theme. And I don't see any entertaining dialog. In fact, it appears that NQT in his current form can only post 16 more times.

@NQT: Is this a Doctor Who reference, or what? If you could answer this when you otherwise be posting, thanks.

First, you're correct. There's nothing proving TolyK isn't hoodwinking me. Jim however is not unless Tric's town inspect is false in some way. My impression of TolyK is that they're third-party at worst but it is possible they're mafia who gave me a very strong ability for some reason. Do I believe that? No. Also, it's an even better item than a bulletproof vest and the dual nature of it would mean it would benefit mafia just as heavily (as mafia giving themselves bulletproof vests isn't usually that great, that's one of the reasons I didn't care about giving you one in that game).

Second, you're accusing me of being mafia and killing Max to keep this public knowledge hidden. I don't have any comments about that. I didn't kill Max and I'm not involved with their death. Why are you implying you trust (but dislike) me in the first part of this post, but then jab at me with suspicion here?

*) Additionally, scum!UselessMcMiner in Totem Mafia 3 pulled a trick where he claimed to have sent scum!Toony a message.  Scum!Toony decided his odds were winning were higher if he claimed to NOT get the message. So the whole TolyK-Toony "really good action" could be long con.

This was a miscommunication where my scum partner UselessMcMiner wanted to do that role-claim, but I had already claimed that nothing happened with me last night. I couldn't go back on what I said, so I decided to say I didn't receive anything from them. Roden and others were able to spot how strange and unnatural this exchange was between us, because it was strange and unnatural.

I'm not in secret communications with anybody in this game. Look at the interactions between TolyK and myself, this will prove that. You won't find any unnatural interactions with me because I'm not scum.

How are you going to dig your way out of the shit Jack?

I'm enjoying a brief moment of clarity before slipping into my third bizarre persona tomorrow. I did plan on keeping piracy up during the end here, but it wasn't necessary and I found myself longing for clarity. No overbearing theme now, just quiet contemplation and the indication that when I am done, I shall remain silent until tomorrow.

There's a very real effect to embodying different voices. As a pirate I was more aggressive, quick to post, and consequently more slapdash, than I was as a robot. Feel much more calm now, despite the blood pooling on the floor.

The reason I'm trusting Toony is due to the way he handled the first day (hence choice of target) and the second day. Additionally, his end of the bargain didn't make sense to me if he's a bad guy. I agree that my side is more iffy in this case, but not much I can do about that.

Wait, cut throat and shrugged it off, then NQT has a new schtick. Which is counting down the posts. Doomspeaker vibes? Probably not.

The extra vote was to make it harder to hammer, in case Web tries to elim themselves again, I don't have another use for it yet. The throat-cutting thing is going to be a daykill, so might as well use what I have. It's unlikely that there will be another use for it.
 
I know I haven't played that well this game. Irritating that having an extra vote in a 14 player game means my daygame has to be that much better than everyone else's, while people get a pass on not using strong night abilities that well.

Web was wrong when they said anger motivates me... it makes me post unhelpfully for a short time, then leaves a void.

Both! When the countdown ends, it's curtains for NJW. I can stop the count whenever and save him, but he'd have to give me an extraordinary reason now after being so extraordinarily bad. The Age of Piracy has ended. Soon the silence will come for him.

I still don't believe he bussed himself to save Jim. Oh I believe the bus may have happened, but I don't believe NJW does it for that reason.

I don't have time to make graphs or post as much as you. I'm running pretty low on motivation today as well. If I'm not posting to the thread or doing repeated rereads, that's often due to circumstances beyond my control, just like with other players. I've stated this, but it is your choice whether or not you accept it.

I don't know who scum is.

I'm not going to be able to pull a strong case out of a hat. I'm looking at players, but I can't figure out which ones are scum. I have a mild scumread on you for several reasons, but just like with Web, any kind of a scumread on you is taken as unacceptable and instant evidence that I'm scum.

I'm not going to convince you I'm town when you put me in the "find a good case or get killed/eliminated" situation, because I have never, ever successfully done that as town, and I'm not sure if anyone else has. It's not the right motivation. There's no way I find and elim scum in this situation. You're determined that I play badly, and determined to eliminate me if I don't convince you otherwise, so you're not going to pull out of this.

If I was going to claim that I'm mechanically cleared, as you and Web have done, I'd point out that scum!NJW has given up a town confirmation D2 for Jim, meaning either a) I made the night easier to understand in order to protect a town player at my own expense, b) Jim, Tric and I are all scum, or c) Tric and I are scum willing to confirm a strong town player.

But this is a high-powered BYOR, meaning I'd be asking you to accept reasoning I do not think is sound here.

This is probably it, even on the off-chance that you don't just have a public end-of-day-kill or something, rather than some post based thing.

Separated into louder and quieter players, because I've never really been able to deal with the fact some players fade into the background in large games, and always end up on the ones posting more. These are subjective categories because post count is not essential to this.

Louder
NQT - net contribution has not been helpful and has shown emphasis on activity over accuracy, despite large amount of analysis. Stating "post good case or I'll kill you" generally only ever leads to a kill, but is nonetheless frequently done by town. Unusual investigative role looks like scum 3p/vig hunter, but apparent daykill suggests otherwise. Potential third party, but probably town just by postcount, in the cold light of day.
EuchreJack - they seem helpful. I think the Web thing is NAI with them. Productively trying to do stuff like elim TolyK. I can't read Jack as well as other people tbh, but Lean Town. Need another look as strong players seem to disagree here.
Juicebox - Apparently confirmed by NQT. I don't see them both as scum. Town.
webadict - probably town simply because scum would not ask for a replacement in that manner in this scenario.
Toonyman - don't really know. They're strong, need another very close look. May be unstoppable as mafia after a day like today, tbh.
Tric - aggressive, reasonable play with the odd Tric-ism. Slightly ADHD voting patterns, fairly typical for town!Tric. Tric is however competent enough to deceive me, and pretty in his element in BYOR chaos (although obviously not in the less savoury features of today). Lean Town.

Quieter
Vector - Little to go on. Unconfirmable night action. Unusual number of inspects this game is dubious. Reads + vote justification seem reasonable but this is not alignment indicative for Vector. Partially disengaged due to events of D2. Null with very slight scum lean.
TolyK - D1 didn't look that town. The "I'll be a miller but not for long" would however be very unusual for scum unless they intended to turn into a godfather. Trusted by Toony due to mechanical stuff, though I'm not sure how reliable that is. Lean town.
Nakeen - D1 did not appear to be interested in catching scum, early D2 also looked this way as just gathering mechanical information about the game, but more focus on solving. Currently townhunting in a game where that will do little. Is however new. Lean scum.
Knightwing - This looks a lot like improved town KW. If this is scum!KW, they genuinely deserve to be townread, and I won't even be annoyed at myself about this read. Haven't seen them under much pressure yet, but nonetheless, town.
Jim Groovester - Could just be mafia letting town destroy itself, but has been reasonable. I attach some degree of reliability to the confirmation by Tric. Some stuff not followed up like their being confused by nakeen here, but does claim disengagement due to today. Null.

Will look further at game, time allowing. Happy voting out anyone less than null on above list, but accept it if people just want to get rid of Web. Note that this does however give him personal satisfaction mafia a potential vote advantage. Mannequin web still affects hammer threshold.

One from hammer, I think. I assume NQT and other people are going to want to post more, so maybe don't do that.
