Dating an equal company hierarchy level colleague you like? Sure why not, I know a lot of couples that met at work. As long as it does not affect your capacity to do your jobs it should be fine.

Dating someone of different company hierarchy level? Most of the time, ill advised. Might be forbidden as per contract rules. Not illegal by law per se.

A) Don't shit where you eat.

B) If you are equal rank or entirely different departments, should be mostly fine.  The biggest issue is if you break up or fight it will become a problem at the workplace.

C) If a party is above/below you in rank, bad idea.  Coercion or power dynamic will certainly become an issue, and others will percieve it that way even if there's no real problem.  B can become C if either of you get promoted as well.  C in-and-of itself isn't illegal but invariably against company policy, to cover their ass if something illegal does happen.

D) This assumes the woman actually wants your attention.  Push comes to shove, a HR dispute will be her word versus yours, and in that case you'll lose.

E) Don't shit where you eat.

Point of clarification: I'm self-employed, so I mean more people I meet while working rather than co-workers.  But its a similar concept.
So, like people working in other businesses in the same field, more or less.

Couldn't find a help subforum nor could I find where else to ask this: How does one actually edit their profile? Every time I try and make any changes hitting the "Change Profile" just freezes and doesn't actually update anything. Is there someone I need to message to make changes for me?

Do you have something you're trying to save on the profile that doesn't work?
I think that keeps the profile from updating correctly.  You need to select "No avatar" before you can update, and your signature has to fit.
For the picture, https://imgbb.com/ works wonders.
Then you don't have to select "No avatar"

Anything I change caused it. I had selected every premutation of No Avatar, Avatar (using imgbb as the last person suggested), Personal Text, Loction, and Gender changes and got the same problem. Turns out the solution was to entirely delete my signature (something unchanged throughout) to have changes go through... mostly... sorta... it still reverts any Avatar URL's used, imgbb or not, to the 'No Avatar' option???.

Eh, I mostly just wanted to remove some personal information (Age, Gender) and change my Personal text so I'll live without an avatar. Oh forum admin, how I haven't missed muddling with this thee in the last decade... * laughtrack *

I was able to change my sigtext.  My profile image still displays for me, but I haven't changed it ever since this issue was first reported months ago.

Edit:  I was wrong, the change didn't go through and I was brought to a fully blank page.
