The Porta Porta John manages to move a portapoty around without leaking anything, without smelling, and while being only a minor safety hazard thanks to its set schedule! This is nice considering how many factors could go wrong with truly mobile human waste disposal faculties. There are currently no major competitors in this market - though you do *technically* have to compete with companies that just have the workers pee in bottles or skip bathroom breaks altogether. Your marketing team suggests expanding the clientele to the public sector - PPJs could be used to keep homeless waste off the street while avoiding providing transients with "housing" that keeps them around if they connect to the smart car network instead of a floor plan.

Using AI memes in advertising has been an occasionally explored field, but most major companies give up when it is clear that its much cheaper to hire a couple of young kids or foreigners then it is to invest in a new field of advertisement. Especially when trending memes could be something you don't want associated with your brand, as KFC learned during the "Based Colonel" incident. Gnome AI, IE is set up to be the first success story. The secret was to have the AI focus on specific content creators rather than the public consciousness. By only looking at popular approves sources they can stay on top of all relevant memes, form Gnome-sonas(R) by combining the personality of keyword-related internet personalities together, and avoid having your company investigated for hate crimes. Part of the AI tracks the rise and decline of new personalities to add to the approved list, while looking out for any uproar for anyone on said list to remove them from it, allowing you to be constantly up to date. Individual accounts can be manually added or removed at operator discretion.

Revision: Porta Porta John - POS

Although originally conceived as an industrial device, development of the Porta Porta John has produced an even more versatile product than anticipated.  Perhaps we should imagine it as a public sector product as well?

Even after the Great Real Estate crash, rents remain 'too high' in urban markets.  But climate controlled lavatories are often makeshift homeless shelters, so why shouldn't our PPJ seek that market as well?  But how should we provide basic access control in a public environment?

We shall develop a programmable Point of Sale (POS) module on the door.  A credit card chip reader, device owners (presumably municipal streets and sanitation departments) can define rent per minute, and maximum stays.  (Whether a city wants defacto overnight shelter or not, that's a matter of public policy and not our business.)  Similarly, they can block or allow EBT (food stamp) cards to control the class of users for a given device.  If certain problematic users can be identified, such as vandals or prostitutes, individual cards can be blocked through the POS module.

More than just a 'pay toilet' the Porta Porta John - POS will surely revolutionize housing for the less fortunate.

Revision: "Gnome-y," Entry-Level Novelty Lawn Ornament

Our Gnomes are a good product, but are they too good?  Moving away from our traditional demographic of Millennial homeowners, perhaps we should cater to a less affluent demographic...

"Gnome-y" is the younger, hipper, and most importantly less expensive cousin to our flagship Gnome.  Gnome-y features a simplified weather-proof injection-molded body.  While his limbs and other features remain articulated, they now lack the servo motors for software animation.  (As one senior executive noted: "They've gone and turned my robot into a damn Mr. Potatohead!  Zoomers, leave my lawn alone!")

Gnome-y does retain the motion sensor and voicebox.  Furthmore, Gnome-y can still be upgraded with Influencer Edition software to access the Gnome Depot Marketplace to change Gnome-sonas(R), although Gnome-sona(R) some features will be limited by the lack of servo motors.

Revision: Saf-T-Fork Advanced Industrial Transport Chauffeur ("Saf-T-Fork AITCH") System

When customers expressed their demand for stricter industrial safety standards, NYMetCo was listening. Just like our slogan says, "NYMetCo is always listening". That's why we developed a new, hyper-advanced version of our classic industrial forklift AI with the ability to make key safety decisions autonomously, featuring both human-in-loop and human-free modes. Drawing on lessons learned from the development of the Porta-Porta-John, the Saf-T-Fork AITCH System is rated for industrial transport of all kinds, safely relocating inventory, personnel, unwanted animal pests, other forklift chassis (one at a time, please!), and even office plants according to a flexible, user-friendly scheduling interface. In "security mode", it can also relocate intruders and/or fired employees from your building by interfacing with external smart-car networks! With the Saf-T-Fork AITCH, safety is always on the pallet.

We cannot confirm or deny reports that NYMetCo has contracted with metropolitan authorities to provide Saf-T-Fork AITCH-enabled Porta-Porta-Johns to safely relocate homeless individuals outside town lines at this time.

Narratively, I like where you're going with the Saf-T-Fork AITCH... It's just too obvious, too fast.  I'd like to see a modern 'boring dystopia' progressively slip into a plausible cyberpunk dystopia.  In that vein, should first establish lockable shelters on the market, THEN subvert them into a police state or robot uprising mechanism.  The POS module gets our bot out onto the streets, and also sets up a remote doorlock module for future nefarious purposes.

The new module is installed without any hardware problems. It remains in the "locked" position until a credit card (or keycard provided to the owners) is inserted, at which point it begins counting time in a manner similar to a taxi. Once the door is unlocked the timer stops and it returns to the "unoccupied lock" position. Simple, but by the nature of the beast there are some problems that appear without Software assistance. The biggest is that it doesn't have any real way to kick people out. Someone wanting an overnight stay can theoretically insert a card, immediately turn the handle, then spend however long they want in the "unoccupied" unit for almost free. Even if they're forcibly locked in, a second user could simple insert a second card to get them out for also nearly free. To effectively keep non-paying customers out, an attendant would become necessary. Your legal team notes that you'll have to include warning stickers pointing out that this practice can be dangerous given that the toilets can move on their own when in the "Unoccupied Lock" position - someone getting a free night could end up getting a free ride with purchase.
