Divine Constellation Sealing
Type: Disaster/Blessing(Seal)
Cost: Variable QE
Location: Around One God's Realm

Description: By gathering the Power of Multiple Gods, The Divine Realm of a God is sealed, meaning that in order to perform an action, they must first break the Seal. This only works if the God in Question is in their Realm; if they aren't, then they must break it to return through Planar Travel.

Effect: Barrier which makes Gods unable to travel to and from that Realm. In addition, if the God(or other Gods) is in that Realm at the Time of Sealing, they must roll a destruction check against the Power of the Barrier's Level which is (QE Difficulty Rank x the Number of QE Spent), when trying to affect anything outside of that Realm. By using Essence, they can also roll the same Destruction Check against the Barrier itself to remove it for good. Other Gods outside the Barrier can also do this as well, on a separate check than the trapped God(s).

While the God is trapped Within the Barrier, No Essence from other Gods can pass through it. In order to remove the Barrier, the Gods who initially raised it must vote to do so. Once a Majority is reached, the barrier will be lowered during the next Cycle.
