Description: DLS2 are highly-adaptable slime mega-macrobacteria that preys on plants and any organism that is both capable of photosynthesis and/or is has a heavy composition of polysaccharides. DLS2 can rapidly multiply and is able to transmit itself through root systems, air, and mobile organisms that eat/touch plants that contain DLS2. DLS2 can combine to form bigger slimemolds and are naturally able to change their shape as wanted since they lack any internal organisation. DLS2 breed rapidly fast and are quite happy with eating anything even vaguely organic. DLS2 are hyperactive and incredibly fast and cunning slime molds capable of incredibly good craftslimeship, such as forging blades folded 10,000 times that cut steel like butter.

Species Name: Slitheroos
Description: macropods around the size of a St.Bernard's, slitheroos are made of Cuteness and Huggability, inciting feelings of aaw in every organism/entity [besides gods, it seems ] that seems them. Slitheroos come in an array of colours and texture patterns that range from the mundane [red/gray] to the interesting [constantly scintillating coat of colours] and feed primarily on feelings of adoration, or when that is somehow a scarce, dirt. This somehow nourishes them. Slitheroos will always attempt to ingratiate themselves with a host species that will cuddle them and love them. Slitheroos in turn secrete a substance that if drunk, will incite a short period of ecstasy, followed by a raging love/lust/adoration/respect for what they were in contact with the most during the period of hallucination. More love juice is secreted depending on how much they've been loved since their last secretion. Secretion occurs once a day. Slitheroos mate in the macropod fashion and can sustain 3 offspring at a time. 1 in the pouch, 1 slither-hopping outside the pouch, and 1 dormant blastocyst within the womb. Slitheroos are so named as their legs fall off after their first year, and instead slither around like a snek for the rest of their lives. Generally live 5-10 years. Gestation time is 3 months, but maturation time is 2-4 years.   
They can combine and add their mind/soul/boy into a greater gestalt being called slitherriles.

------Yggdrasillian Defense Protocols, FOE (Monsters) [The Seichō-on Kami]------
Name: Yggdrasillian Defense Protocols, FOE.
>Sub-species?: First Strata Entry Layer FOE.
Description: A FOE. A Natural Defense that can kill most New Adventurers. It is recomended that you at least experiance the second Strata before facing these Monsters. While the Items that can be harvested from them are quite a few steps above most, they are extremely dangerous.
 That being said, it is a First Entry Layer. They rarely deviate from a set path, and can be bypassed on the way to higher floors. Adventurers are advised to take caution, lest they get caught fighting the other monsters on the floor and caught in an unescapable battle for their lives.

Monster Species: Crokilldile
Description: A tan hid with blue tips on a number of bumps and ridges, a wide mouth of extremely sharp teeth, and enough strength to knock down trees. Along with the claws that are it's nails this is the first FOE an adventurer would see.

They move somewhat slowly through the labyrinth, so hiding from them is possible. Once in it's sight though, it is advised to escape immediately. It has no trouble crossing rivers and charging through trees.

In case you do decide to take it's drops for yourself, here's a few notes on it's battle skills. It will use it's claws  to knock you away and down, and it's charge to topple you. It's main method of killing however is it's vicious bites. And it can boost it's own damage output as well.

On the whole, make sure you have a plan, a tank, and a healer, as well as a Fire Magic and plenty of Arrows.
Weaknesses: Pierce, Fire.
Resistances: Slash, Petrify.

Monster Species: Tanling Fawn
Description: Found on the Second Floor, these Sand Colored Fawn are only 4 feet high and 5 long. Agile, they actually run from adventures. Their white bellies and sand hides are fairly profitable, and they make both good coats, boots, and meals. Of course, killing them draws their parents toward you like a Predator to Hapless Prey, regardless of where you are, and the Fawns themselves can call for their help.. Don't damage the hide too much if you want to sell it.
Weaknesses: Bash
Resistances: Confuse

Monster Species: Tanline Deer
Description: The older form of the Tanling Fawn, their horns are a menace. They are quick, and are usually comfortable patrolling a set route. Granted, their behavior changes from whether they are on the Second Floor, or the Fourth. If on the Second, even if they see you, they won't go out of there way to attack you. On the Fourth, they tend to clutter narrow corridors.

In Battle, they will quickly confuse you with some form of energy in their horns, and panic parties with it's harsh stomps through them. It can crush grown men underhoof, and has no trouble navigating even the most root covered areas, and jumping small streams.

A note, these Deer hate those who smell of the wards blood, and will attack those who smell of it.

 This is a First Strata Creature Creation. And an Entry Layer at that. Average humans may be capable of taking them down, if they are careful not to get killed.

Monster Species: Flutterfly
Description: A blue butterfly that saps nectar from flowers, it's wingspan is the size of an adult male's spread hands. It attacks with it's sharp beak, and hardens it's wings in combat to deal slashing damage. It can also use dust from it's scales to blind a single target. They commonly reside in groups, and avoids it's deadlier cousin unless provoked by an Adventurer.
Weaknesses: Pierce, Volt.
Resistances: Blind, Poison.
Found on the First 4 Floors of the First Stratum, Beech Grove.


Monster Species: Tree Rat
Description: A Purple furred rat that buries itself underground and beneath trees. It prefers to eat fruit and tree leaves. It's razor sharp fang is capable of piercing light armor, but on it's own, is a minimal threat to experienced adventurers.
Weaknesses: Cut, Fire
Resistances: None.
Found on the First 2 Floors of the First Stratum, Beech Grove.


Monster Species: Blueshell Crab
Description: A Blue Shelled turtle-like crab, with the capability of crushing arms in it's grasp, it is covered by a hard shell, and stiff spikes along it's carapace. It has also been noted to increase the physical toughness of it's allies nearby, along with itself, and holds the strange ability to draw attacks towards itself. It lives along water sources, and is quite rare on lower floors. Still, if you happen to have no magical support, it may be wise to leave it behind, for it rarely chases it's prey once it gets away.
Weaknesses: Fire, Ice, Volt, Poison.
Resistances: Slash, Pierce, Bash.
Found on the All 5 Floors of the First Stratum, Beech Grove.


Monster Species: Ice Burrowing Mole
Description: A blue skinned Mole with a white belly and black eyes, it has the habit of freezing it's claws and then sharpening them on rocks nearby. Nocturnal, this creature is the secondary killer of most adventurers in the Beech Grove. It's claws cut through most leather with ease, and it can send a blast of Icy natural Magic to freeze weaker adventurers solid. During the day, it sleeps beneath the ground in Hollows it creates.
Weaknesses: Poison, Petrify.
Resistances: Volt, Death.
Null Effect: Ice
Found on the 3rd to 5th Floors of the First Stratum, Beech Grove. Rarely found on the 2nd Floor.


Monster Species: Poisonfly
Description: A purple winged butterfly, it has all the traits of it's friendlier cousin. It is however, ever so slightly tougher, and it's dust poisons the target. The third most common killer of newbie adventurers, not due to deaths through battle, but because not all adventurers decide to carry Antidotes before they run into a swarm of them.
Weaknesses: Pierce, Volt.
Resistances: Poison.
Found on the 3rd through 5th Floors of the First Stratum, Beech Grove. Rarely found on the Second Floor


Monster Species: Demon Rabbit
Description: A cute, fluffy white and blue accented bunny. So cute!
Unfortunately, this is the foremost killer of Novice and even slightly experienced adventurers. Hardy, fairly good speed and physical power, and capable of a single or party-wide natural ice magic known as Snowstorm. This Bunny will often kill adventurers with them wondering why. A very good example of being careful in the labyrinth, and always carrying an Ariadne Thread.
Weaknesses: Fire.
Resistances: Ice.
Found on the 3rd through 5th Floors of the First Stratum, Beech Grove. Also found on floor 2 signally.


Moster Species: Pyreyana
Description: A Red or Purple colored fish with sharp fangs, it likes to travel in packs, and leap about out of the water. Purple ones are leaders, and capable of coordinating a frenzy of every fish in range.
Of course, it's main weakness is the red ones don't have much HP, and any adventurer party that knows what they're doing can take them out piece by piece. As well, they have a number of weaknesses, and do not play well with other monsters. Magic is particularly useful.
Weaknesses: Fire, Ice, Volt.
Resistances: Slash.
Found on the 5th floor, the Last Floor of Beech Grove. Red ones rarely found in smaller groups on the forth floor.

They are small and a cross between bees and scarabs with natural tools to harvest seeds they can easily reach in exchange to let the plant have any pollen that sticks to them. They will fight when needed but usually leave any other creature alone as long as they are not disturbed during their process of harvest and pollination exchange.

Description: A medium-height bush. Description: Chicken Vines exist in symbiosis with Spirit Chickens. In return, chicken droppings fertilise the chicken vines. It is the circle of life.

------The Catgoo (Greater Monster) [Foxmox]------
Name: The Catgoo
Description: The Catgoo is a large blob of blue-ish goo about the size of a large house. Whenever it engulfs something, it doesn't actually consume it. In fact, it works in reverse. It is absorbed by anything it engulfs. Exposure to the Catgoo makes animals much more catlike, physically and mentally. Plants, on the other hand, only change slightly in color. Of course, anything that eats a plant changed by the Catgoo becomes more catlike in the same way direct exposure to the Catgoo would.

Making matters worse, the changes are genetic. The progeny(both animal and floral) of those effected by the Catgoo will share the same traits.

The one saving grace of the Catgoo would appear to be that it is diminished over time by being absorbed by other creatures and plants. It is, and eventually, it shrinks to nothing. Several centuries after it shrinks to nothing(or is somehow killed), however, the very soul of the Catgoo will find a new host in the progeny of those it originally affected, and will reincarnate. The reincarnation of the Catgoo will start off as a normal(if feline) member of the species, but upon death, the reincarnation's corpse will transform into the Catgoo's true form once more.

Description: An extremely long snake made completely of ores and minerals found on the deepest parts of the earth. It has 6 pair of eyes, which are made of gemstones and are always watchful. It has sharp and resistant teeth made of solid metal, capable of digging and excavating through any terrain.  Despite it's monstrous appearance, Khthon is actually an eloquent and very good speaker.

Powers:
-When beheaded or cut in half, the head segment quickly burrows into the ground to consume minerals and regenerate a new body. The only true way to kill it permanently is to crush it's head with something like a hammer or a pickaxe
-Khthon knows many things, mainly about dark magic. It has innate knowledge of everything that is considered forbidden, blasphemous or unholy. Rituals, sacrifices, necromancy, that sort of stuff.
-Khthon serves as a direct link between Discordia and the mortals. She is capable of talking with mortals through it while not being in the Mortal Plane and interacting with them in a more direct manner. While she could just incarnate and do whatever she wants herself, this is simpler and requires less work.
-Khthon's voice is slightly magical, and anyone unabke to resist the spell will be charmed, believing Khthon to be extremely charismatic and hear his voice to be the most beautiful sound they have ever heard before. Anyone who is aware of this power will be able to resist it.

Description: A amulet bearing detailed markings of the history of Tachyon's personal existence before ascending to be a god. It is in a language that gods could only hope to read. It has other details about the creation of this artifact by the aid of the primordial, Acter. It holds a gem that makes a second entity out of metals and magics lying around only to change when needed. It may seem mediocre but it gets plenty of work done.

------Montark, The Gadjiton Arsenal (Greater Servant) [Tachyon Everlord]------
Name: Montark, The Gadjiton Arsenal
Description: Towering most mortals considered a giant by many other standards this entity is similar to Herz in being made of metal and arcane sentient. However its form is made up of metal plates and visible gears, some of it filling the helm of the great creature. Its base form is sleek in design with gears being visible and poking out on its joints but none offer the opportunity to be jammed; protected by its own arcane essence as a magical barrier filling the holes as if it was where its flesh should be. It is humanoid. Its left arm houses a gauntlet with a hand of three fingers, meant to be a 'jaws of life' design. Its right is a normal humanoid hand. Its body houses smaller machines within castle walls as armor signifying the era that the servant was created related to the Empire of Darselav. The machines inside are able to design and modify Pisark's body to fulfill different purposes, signifying the Drogos ability to adapt their forms. There is even internal parts to allow different armaments to be made and returned. Etched onto its armor and any new form it may change to tells the tale of the Drogos up to the point of where the empire fell into the hands of the usurper legend, Adriot. Tachyon and X'arilyg are on opposite sides of every detail of the unintended conflict between their people. It can also remove parts of itself only for it to form into another servant for a purpose.

Division of itself: can detach parts of its own form to make smaller lesser forms for different purposes, until its base form remains and can restore itself when it needs to. This should allow descending of the hierarchy of servants, none of which can be a Greater Servant. If a part is forced off of its form it will either try to rejoin or reform into a new servant to help Montark.
Flight
Multiple weapons: due to its living internal lesser machines and internal factories, Montark is able to house many weapons in the ranges of advanced weapons to simple blades. Its knowledge of what weapons it can use are based off of what has been made by the Drogos in their history.

Name: Steelform Lich, Herz
Description: Composed of metal and magic; this entity is formed of magic and metal of the near highest quality, second only to any possible aspect. Its humanoid magic 'skeleton' is bright red with strong and light reflective metals as its skin in order to distinguish itself above any following servants save the one that is the aspects of Tachyon. Its weapon is a scythe and a mace on opposite ends of a very strong metal pole to symbolize the day and night cycle Tachyon has given to the world of dirt. Its clothing of metal sheets are decorated resembling that of the tower and its purpose detailing the gods and other entities who took part in the creation.

Necromancy - you know it, I know it, it can return the dead to life and control them with all the other fun things necromancers are known for.
Metalmancy - Magic that is primarily used to shape and change metal. It is mostly used to sustain and fix itself but can be used in a variety of lethal ways or to enhance the living and undead to a degree.
Elemental control - No powerful wizard or necromancer worth their salt should be only stuck with undead and metal accessories. Access to the wide variety of elements should be a useful utility tool.
Resurgence - If it is by chance bested in battle or circumstance it will immediately retreat taking all of itself with it only to return later.
Sentient-Obedient - Herz has a mind of its own however Herz loyalty is kept to Tachyon but it will adhere to other divines, others, and mortals. It loves to talk about anything.

Description: A serpent made of writhing woody nettle vines, some of which serve as grasping tentacles. The tentacles can be made to leak ink, which the Scribe uses to write. The Scribe's body constantly changes colours and is covered with stinging hairs that secrete a potent neurotoxin, but the tentacles are hairless and can be used to touch other creatures safely.

Powers: The Twisting Scribe loves to write. It instinctively knows the will of the Pantheon and writes the orders of its gods down on slips of paper so that they can be passed on to the intended recipients. When the gods have nothing in particular to say, the Twisting Scribe writes novels, historical treatises, and translations of DLS1 anime series on its own recognisance, in between an awful lot of fanfiction. So much fanfiction. Writings which originate from the Twisting Scribe's own personal whims visibly differ from the word of the gods, so that nobody will be confused.

Name: Matallix Arcana Blades
Description: A set of blades that surround and are manipulated by the user. There are fourteen blades in the set each having their own magic they hold. To same some time for the non magical gifted the blades can be combined to make a great sword having each icon shown in an art piece of the fundamental power of nature carved onto the blade. The swords are able to gain power for each artifact that are nearby and, with enough power, can destroy artifacts of equal tier or lower. Each blade has an icon of an element or a natural force of the world in order to know what each are capable of doing.

When a combatant with this artifact fights another with an artifact the following happens based on the total number of artifacts in the battle.

Description: The Interdictor Thingy is pretty neat. It's a Keystone that protects two gods from all of their attacks! So the god on one side can't hurt the god on the other side and vice versa. The fun part comes in with the whole "game" thing. The Interdictor thingy lets the user define a game with rules and stuff, and when a god scores a point in the game they get to attack the other god without the Interdictor Thingy blocking it, although if the other god rolls higher it still fails(but the god launching the attack doesn't get hurt). The Interdictor Thingy also has two other rules: if the god using it cheats and is caught, nothing happens(except they can't cheat in that way again), but if the opposing god cheats and is caught the using god gets a free shot on them(and can't cheat in that way again)! It also can only be used by Foxmox. So... let's break it down?

Growing Knowledge: the book provides the user theoretical approaches and possible applications of various topics which the user in turn adds new information to the Codex. This is self regulating so it does not provide information too complex or not familiar to the user.

Multiplication: The Codex can multiply and be distributed but must return as one at the end of the day in its original location either freely or by force. This is to prevent divergence and lost knowledge by owning the original. This adds to Growing Knowledge.

No combat advantage: Does not add to combat power. It is a tablet, what do you want to do? Slap someone with it? You crazy fool! You would ruin so much collected knowledge!

Powers: The wielder of the Sceptre is protected against harm, and chance events will naturally fall out in the wielder's favour. All beings instinctively recognise the wielder as an agent of the universal order, and the wielder can command monsters and, to some extent, bend the flow of magic. Finally, the wielder can store arbitrary amounts of knowledge in the Sceptre and retrieve that knowledge later; the Sceptre cannot be taken from its wielder unless willingly given, but the wielder of the Sceptre can freely give the Sceptre to a successor, transferring the majority of the wielder's powers as well as that store of knowledge. The Sceptre resonates with the Emeralds of Manannan, allowing the holders of the respective artefacts to communicate similarly to the communication between Emerald-holders.

It also creates an aura of authority and regality around the wearer, forcing those who behold the wearer to submit to them as the ruler of the land and bend the knee. The crown makes you a leader and amplifies your leadership style. Good kings become wise monarchs, and despots become ruthless tyrants while in possession of the crown. Though this is not without its dangers, if your mind, spirit or body is too weak, the crown will ravage your mind and shatter it into a million pieces. Lastly the crown may select a new ruler if any of the following conditions are met:
A) The owner is killed.
B) The owner is to weak willed and the crown destroys their mind.

All things are made of Aspects. There are six primary Aspects (Fire, Water, Air, Ground, Order, Chaos) and many secondary Aspects (many of the most potent of these are associated with the gods’ spheres, but they can be anything); secondary Aspects are made from primary ones, and can be broken down into primary ones.
Aspects bound to things are called Essentia, while free ones are called Vis. Essentia can be freed to use the Aspects as Vis; Vis can also come directly from “Nodes”, which are one-way portals from Divine Plane that only let through magic - mortals cannot see through and would just see pretty colours. The flow of Vis from these nodes can be controlled by nearby gods (on either side of the portal) as well as by powerful mages.
Certain metals, crystals (especially those already in use via the Mind and Matter System), and plants are good at storing Vis; “wands” can be made from these materials.

Law of Understanding:
Aspects are, at their most basic, the fundamental idea of being components. As a result, magic is best described as making something from those components, while your casting method is defined by what you see those components as being, be that musical notes, Lego blocks, magic words, etc.
Therefore, Mortals can understand magic as anything: programming, as standard spells, as runes, as songs, or even as dance magic, so long as the Vis is correctly combined and shaped.

Law of Essence Shaping:
There are three ways to use magic: spellcraft, alchemy, and artifice and enchanting. Spellcasting is the art of using Vis, alchemy is the art of using Essentia, and artifice and enchanting is the art of binding Vis to objects, essentially writing a spell (or multiple) into a physical item, and thus converts Vis into Essentia. However, all magic requires the use of a Wand, an item created out of any material good at storing Vis for the explicit purpose of casting magic (though shape and secondary functions may vary widely).
Since the objects that hold Essentia are easier to see than Vis, those who have trouble with spells may be better at Alchemy, as it can be easier to visualize.
The Law of Understanding holds true for all things, regardless of whether it is spellcraft, alchemy, or artifice and enchanting. 

Law of Flux:
Virtually all magic use creates Flux, and the amount scales with the amount of Strain that the spell, as well as magic as a whole, is causing to Ema. Flux does not directly damage things, but rather causes magic to be much harder and more dangerous to use by manner of making it much less precise. This prevents mortals from becoming too powerful. Flux will dissipate over time if magic is not cast in a Fluxed area.

Law of Imbued Power:
There is a limit on how powerful artifacts created or enchanted with magic can become: Divine and above artifacts cannot be created or affected magic, staying only the work of gods.

The gems are equivalent of mana crystals and in turn those gifted with what can be similar to psionic power can channel the magic in and use it for any and all forms. The condition to be able to access it is by two methods: being blessed or finding gems. The blessed creatures do not need to harvest gems as they are already gifted with the power to be able to use it freely and apply it freely by producing concentrated mana gems for enchanting. Those who wish to acquire through need to have the gems in order to use.

Name: Law of the Northern Yggdrasil
Class: Greater Law
Description: All Yggdrasillian Defense Protocols are under order not to leave their Yggdrasil. In addition, they cannot travel between strata, and must, unless a Higher Strata Protocol travels down for some reason, remain on their assigned floor permissions.
All Yggdrasillian Defense Protocols may revive after a set period of time, to reach a threshold number for ease of access to adventurers. That number will not overflow. FOEs of their Strata revive after 7 days have passed. Guardians of their Strata revive after 30 days have passed.
Effects: Yggdrasillian Defense Protocols are unable to leave their assigned floors, and must follow this law. This will be countermanded if, and only if, a disruption of a Higher Strata Defense Protocol disrupts the System.
Yggdrasillian Defense Protocols will revive to keep numbers up if overhunted after 1 day of their first death that dropped below this number.
In addition, FOEs revive after 7 days, and are reset to their patterns of movement and number, which is commonly 1.

Description: When mutagens or some other source of forced monstrous transformation affects a sapient person on the Savage Continent it won't affect them directly. If they already have an alternate form, instead of gaining a new one, their old one will be improved. Note monstrous transformation, really minor stuff like being turned part cat won't cause the Law of Forms to activate.
