"Orevwa Hyvästi Adiós Ha det," you scream.

Padelheb takes a step back. "The hell?" he says.

"lamtumirë Hwyl fawr Do widzenia Dadah," you continue, sliding off the perch to the side of the cage facing away from Padelheb and banging your wing against the wall in order to feign insanity. It's evidently working.

Padelheb holds the injector at his side and gapes as you continue babbling. "Addio Vale Auf Wiedersehen Vaarwel Ahoj," you call out, pushing your beak against the head and grasping the perch with one foot.

You then stop speaking nonsense and glare at Padelheb, tiny bird eyes trained darkness of his pupils, the black pits of his wretched soul. You hang there, face against the head, foot raised in the air, beady eyes trained with murderous intent on Sir Padelheb.

Your mouth twists into the parrot equivalent of a smile.

"Goodbye!" you shout.

Before Padelheb can react, you're already twisting yourself and lifting your body up to the perch, sailing over the small stick of wood and ducking below-

How far does this particular instance of Hammerspace let us travel? I vote going somewhere else that can somehow influence the outcomes surrounding Quill using the butterfly affect. Such as. . .

We can possibly feed them a story similar to the one which Padelheb might shortly consider going to them with, embellishing it to the point of incredulity, making them laugh him out of the room when he starts telling it. Our form, a heretofore unknown(? I'm not sure about this one, I don't remember whether the public knows about us or not.) sapient parrot might aid in the ridiculousness factor.


EDIT:

-1 to Celling, unless someone else has a good idea of how to wield the trope-force down that path to our advantage. I don't feel myself to be trope-literate enough for the task at the moment. However, this is an

amusing intermission before the serious stuff comes back.

I'm guessing this means that the outcome might not be that important, and that railroading the GM (this goes for my proposed plot twist as well) might have unforeseen consequences. . .

Infinite jump range. Roll a 4/5 and you can go anywhere. This intermission will have no effects if you fail but some benefits if you success so it's safe. You should mainly use it to get information from Antarctica. Do note that coming into physical contact with Quill or Celling transfers your control to them.

You can try railroading me in this RTD. For the main game, however, I already have some plot written out so expect to get railroaded right back.
