Forgot to do this, but reserved to maintain some space for any accepted characters....because I like being presumptuous in this case.
Accepted Characters:
Name: Mr./Ms./Mrs./Lord BluttBlóð Krevαίμα Ke Koko, or "The Evil"
Title: Secretary of Youth Independence and Revengence Tax Standardization.
Physical Description: Wearing a blood Red Bodysuit, Blutt has a large blood-red katana, which has an X-Shaped scar over it's name, because it's name betrayed him at a crucial moment, his face has an X-Shaped Scar on it, which trails all the way down to his chest, where it forms another X-Shaped Scar, this is due to two separate instances of people betraying him. His face has a perpetual, practically carved on grin, but also a scowl, but his face is covered with a blood red bandanna, so you don't see it.
Political Affiliation: Obsessed with Blood, Death, and Killing, Blutt is definitely a pro-choice supporter, Anyone who says his name might be killed, depending on if he mistakes them for calling him "Butt". He only speaks to criticize others for not being good enough at killing, or for being too merciful. He only has one desire in life, to kill anyone who gets in the way of his goal
Personal Skills:
-Swords
-Medicine (Blood)
Mech Description: A blood red mech with two giant arms and two treads slick with blood, these treads are actually legs, angled so only the tip of the treads is touching the ground at any moment, this mech is covered in Shuriken decals, and in combat, it wield's Blutt's katana, comically small in the giant mech's hands. this is it's only weapon, and it uses it with brutal efficiancy. It's cockpit has an X-Shaped Scar, which Blutt gave it for betraying him at a crucial moment. It's speed is unmatched, and it has a giant ragged black cloak, which covers up it's face and hides it's cockpit from those who would want to identify it.
Attunement Points: (8 points at the start of the game to spread around five stats, provide fluff justifications as to why F.R.E.E.D.O.M. would think that your customized mech should be more attuned with a particular value than any others, and more importantly you will have to use the sections to describe any weaponry, armor, or other equipment that the value has given you.)
Independence: 5 Blutt believes that nobody can stop him. It's nothing personel, kid.
-Leg Treads, These Treads have been modified so only the round tip of them touches the ground, turning them into legs. Their speed is unmatched.
-Ninja Servos, These servos were made specifically by ninjas, In addition to making his mech impossibly fast, they also eject shuriken bullets when damaged, in the direction of what damaged them. Slowing effects will be punished with shuriken.
-Teleporter for teleporting behind people, The user can teleport, but only behind enemies, it is impossible to teleport anywhere else.
Competitiveness: 0
Fervor: 0
Endeavor: 0
Self Righteousness: 5 The user's mech is made from the metal in the blood of all the people who betrayed him, so he had to kill them, and make their blood into a mech.
-Entire-Family's-Blood Katana: An indestructible katana made from the iron taken from the blood of Blutt's entire family, who he killed to make this sword because they betrayed him, It can be used for both offense and defense, and he has been known to use his mech's speed to carve bullets into black roses in mid-flight before they can touch his mech using this katana in it's hands.
-Indiscriminate-Blood-Plating: This mech's armor is made from indestructible blood metal, taken from the countless people Blutt has killed indiscriminately. People he kills for an actual reason can't actually be used to repair this, only people that were killed for basically no good reason.
-Super Fast Arms: This mech's arms have a chip in them designed to work with his katana, it makes it's defenses higher by allowing him to slice attacks out of the air at super speed with his katana.
-Death Kunai Flak Cannon: This mech has a kunai launcher embedded in it's chest, which fires kunai at incoming attacks, deflecting them.
Name: Mr./Ms./Mrs./Lord/Mrx. Raymond “Ray” Ramstein
Title: Minister of Culture and the Arts
Physical Description: Ray Ramstein is a large, imposing man of extremely indeterminate ethnicity, though it’s fairly likely that there are Germans, African-Americans, and Polynesian islanders in his family tree. He has black hair, dark skin, and blue eyes, with a few small scars on visible under the white suits he prefers to wear. He is very tall and well-muscled, and looks like he could snap most people in half with his bare hands if he wanted to.
Political Affiliation: Fortunately, Ray pretty much never looks like he wants to snap people in half with his bare hands. In fact, he’s nice enough that most people wonder how the heck he got into politics, much less into a FREEDOM suit. An avowed Pastafarian and former professional musician, he worked towards his cabinet post with the goal of making Pastafarianism an officially recognized religion. He’s made it this far, and he’s not about to let a mere coup attempt stop him now!
Personal Skills:
Pastafarian Preacher
Jazz Performance (saxophone)
Mech Description: The Swinging Statesman is a tall, agile mech designed for speed over armor. It’s painted to look like it’s wearing a nice suit, and equipped with a ton of speakers and a gigantic saxophone. The speakers are arraigned into gigantic dishes for better sound projection, and positioned where buttons and other adornments would be if the mech was actually a person in a suit.
Attunement Points:
Independence: 3
Jet Propulsion: Rockets and jet engines make everything better, and the Swinging Statesman is equipped with these, turbofans, and wings for mobility. It actually eschews legs in favor of an all-terrain, environmentally-friendly hover.
Sonic Point Defense: Good vibrations make you feel good. Better vibrations keep you feeling good by disintegrating bullets through blasting music at their resonance frequency and knocking less standard projectiles away with pulses of sound. Substantially more effective than the missile defense system.
Competitiveness: 2
The Instrument: A saxophone with a bell wider than the foundation of a reasonably priced home ensures that nobody can ignore, or fail to hear, the Swinging Statesman and its grooving jams. Great for drawing attention. Great for firing destructive blasts of sound. Great for overcompensating.
Pastafarian Bolo: By launching blasts of long noodles and meatballs, the Swinging Statesman can entangle enemies, preventing them from moving faster than it can. If you can’t win, cheat until you can.
Fervor: 0
Endeavor: 3
Jet Mode: It’s a transformer, baybee! The Swinging Statesman can alter its configuration to become a supersonic jet! They never see it coming.
Puttanesca Bay: The Pastafarian bombing run might not be the most conventional of tactics, but dropping a few tons of spicy sauce and propaganda on your enemies is not going to be something they can easily ignore.
Kicking Improv Solo: When the going gets tough, the Swinging Statesman can drop the beat, producing a pulse of sound that blows away not only enemy projectiles, but nearby enemies too! This module cannot be used very often, as the capacitors that fuel it have a long recharge time.
Self Righteousness: 0
Name: Lord William Cartwright (or as the media likes to call him, "Brinksman Bill")
Title: Secretary of Defense
Physical Description: Imagine an angry old man yelling at you to get off his lawn. That is Cartwright, only he's yelling at you to get off America's lawn and in a giant fucking robot.
Political Affiliation: Terrifyingly competent, terrifyingly senile, William Cartwright seems to be living proof that if you yell loudly enough, you'll get your way. Really all you need to know about him is basically summarised by the events of the Arcadian Dawn Hostage Crisis wherein an extremist group hijacked the cruise ship, Arcadian Dawn and held it occupants hostage. Cartwright's response was to point long range nuclear missiles at Russia and demand Japan's unconditional surrender. In the confusing forty-eight hours that followed, the terrorists reportedly gave up and threw themselves off the ship in sheer frustration.
Personal Skills: Brinksmanship, Chicken
Mech Description: Imagine if a greek god also did steroids. And was a midget. A really really angry, really really muscular midget, that for whatever reason, wore a full set of plate armor even though that'd be horribly anachronistic. Now apply about two hundred years or so worth of stylizations to that armor and carve a statue of it, the result is what Lieutenant Rushmore looks like. It's a stout armored mech, bulky yet still strangely sleek with the coloration and texture of white marble. Disproportionately small, its head and neck is an obsidian black and ringed with four floating marble faces in the likeliness of George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, and Abraham Lincoln.
Attunement Points:
Independence - 0: While designed for high-mobility combat, Lieutenant Rushmore does not achieve this through any dedicated propulsion mechanisms, rather it achieves this through its unorthodox missile system.
Competitiveness - 1: Lieutenant Rushmore is a specialist mech and thus does not use any generalist parts at all. Lieutenant Rushmore now comes with a sophisticated targeting system that allows it to guide whatever its thrusters attack to with unnerving accuracy be it itself, another mech, or a lance of concrete and rebar.
Fervor - 1: Rushmore actually doesn't have any true weapons, at least nothing that uses blades, beams, bullets, explosions, or the like. What it does have however, is strength.
Endeavor - 4: This mech is built around an experimental weapon, a kind of missile that rather than exploding, attaches to its target and uses its thrust to propel it, likely throwing it off balance and sending it spiralling out of control. They're less actual missiles and more super high performance thrusters that can home into targets. As they are not explosive, there is no problem with Lieutenant Rushmore basically having mechanisms to fire these missiles out of every inch of itself or attaching them to itself to allow it to charge and dodge at high speed. In addition, the mech can rip out pieces of scenery, attach its missiles to said scenery, and repurpose it as a rocket-powered weapon to bludgeon its foes to death with extreme prejudice.
Self Righteousness - 4: Rushmore's armor while insanely sturdy is also its only purely defensive measure, it does not have any more proactive defensive systems, relying on its missiles to handle avoiding damage be it from disrupting opponents, propelling it out of the way, or crushing its adversaries.
Rushmore's thruster fabricators have been modified to also be capable of generating armor allowing it to slowly repair and regenerate from damage.
Name: Mr Gregor First
Title: The Chancelor of Agnostics
Physical Description: Completley nondescript, extremely hard to pick from a crowd, except that he wares the shiniest of nerd glasses
Political Affiliation: Gregor is a militant Agnostic, who campaigns tirelessly for the true seperation of church and state, he has a small but loyal following, normally living on college towns
Personal Skills:
Weapons grade agnositicism: Gregor's rhetoric is so strong that people can be made to temporarily doubt anything
FOR SCIENCE: Gregor supports scientific endevour, even the doomed to fail kind and is widely criticized for this
Mech Description: The Prototype^2 Is a floating ball, it is orbited by 8 other smaller balls that really shouldnt be able to, most of the armaments are mounted on these, while the pilot works the central orb, visuals are only by camera and the playback from what is spoken inside is transmitted by vibrating parts of the hull
Independence:3
- The uncertainty drive: Teleport around because according to science, we don't know squat about things relative location and speed, so abuse the hell out of it
- Prototype maglev: The Prototype^2 doesnt actually touch the ground, but the maglev's normal movement is actually fairly slow, if mostly unobstuctable, but most importantly, no-one else is doing it
Competitiveness:1
- "We did it better" A pair of functional railguns, proving that education is good by doing what the Navy could not
Fervor:0
Endeavor:2
Progress takes time. Science takes time, but can overcome any obsticle, so charge up that massive particle beam for as long as possible and it too will vaporize anything, obviously, alot of orbiting is required
Self Righteousness: 2
Reasonable Doubt: Did that attack hit me? I need proof please. Using the uncertainty principle, attacks sometime just don't hit you, it's up to the other guy to prove his case afterall
Name: Mr./Ms./Mrs./Lord/Mrx. Barron Trunk
Title: Minister of Immigration
Physical Description: A young man, probably the youngest man ever in office. He has short golden blond hair and electric blue eyes outfitted in: a navy blue suit, a white undershirt, a blue tie, a golden watch on his left hand and black cap toe shoes. He always makes sure to keep his appearance pristine. No hair out of place and not a single spec of dirt.
Political Affiliation: Barron has only one thing in mind, to keep illegals out of America. He’s more than a bit stubborn about this. His solution: a huge wall. But first there must be an America to build a wall for. He will make America great again, but not with weapons. Rather he prefers giant material objects between us and them.
Personal Skills:
-Protection
-Suppression
Mech Description: This mech has two modes: Walker and Trunk Tower mode. The Walker is like a giant humanoid machine only instead of a head it has a giant dome of highly resistant glass Americanite. Inside that dome is a throne like cockpit where Barron pilots this mech. On each foot there is a set of two treadmills which help propel him forward. The walker is built to look exactly like Barron’s suit, it even has his golden watch. His hands in this mode spark with electricity as they have become as effective fist tasers. In Trunk Tower mode he transforms to a large rectangular prism with the entire front face being an American flag. The treads on his feet then combine to become large treads keeping the mech stable. Protruding from the top of this Flag is a cylinder leading to the rounded dome top where Barron’s throne resides.
Attunement Points:
Independence: 0
Competitiveness: 0
Fervor: 1
Thunderous Furry: An upgrade to the taser fists. Barron can form a ball of electricity in between his walkers hands and launch it as a projectile.
Endeavor: 1
Make the Enemy Pay for the Wall!: Barron yells at the enemy, saying that they’re going to need to pay for the wall America builds. All his constant yelling makes the enemy give him their money and small parts of their mech damaging them. Part of this damage is stored inside the mech and can be used for repairs on his mech or any mech taking shelter. However if Barron fails, some of the repair storage is lost and if there’s not enough, some of Barron’s own wall can crumble dealing damage to himself.
Self Righteousness: 7 The armor plating this mech is some sort of titanium alloy that Barron simply refers to as Americanite. Rumors say he spent a lot of time and money researching and developing this alloy and has made sure to recipe hidden. Needless to say this material does it’s job and it does it well.
-Taser Fists: Red, white, and blue electricity spark from the walker's hands. This is due to large generators in each hand. Now each punch he dishes out is like an electric concussive blast. This can be used offensively and defensively.
-Wrong: While in walker mode Barron can parry melee moves with his Taser fists. Whenever he does so, the victim is stunned.
-Trunk Tower Protection: This mech can transform into Trunk Tower mode that grants protection to one ally. The ally gets behind the wall and a barrier forms around them. When in this barrier the ally can not be targeted and they must go through the Trunk Tower first. However, allies within can not make any melee attacks and Barron cannot move. Also, they may take spare parts from within Trunk tower to repair their mech while under his protection but they can’t make any actions while this happens.
-Reflective Barrier: While in Trunk Tower mode, small projectiles launched at the barrier are nullified and reflected. However strong projectiles and melee attacks are not reflected.
Name: Lady Elizabeth "Blink" Graves.
Title: Former queen of England, Minister of Imperialism.
Physical Description:
A stunning woman, around her young 30’s, red hair, ocean blue eyes and usually dressed in her mechanics clothes, unless she has got a mission to do...or a prom to go to. She is usually seen with her pet Corgi, Charlie.
Charlie wears a scarf that dons the British flag. He is also surprisingly smart for a dog of his size and height.
Political Affiliation:
As the former queen of England, Elizabeth was raised to be incredibly righteous and to always stay on the ‘good’ side. If she finds out she has been betrayed or went on a mission for a dark cause she will find those who made her and either duel or assassinate them, whichever she thinks will be most deserving.
Civilians and innocents will always go before her payday and sometimes even before her mech, she hates unnecessary bloodshed.
She has an incredibly soothing voice and loves having company on missions. She is also extremely social and a true child at heart.
She uses a voice modulator in her mech, it makes her voice sound extremely terrifying and robotic. Most of her enemies think she is a man because of this.
She ‘knights’ those she trusts, with her laser blades, those that are being knighted shouldn’t make any sudden movements though...
(Kill the weak and you’ll survive, kill the strong and you’ll LIVE)
by H.M.M. Deathwish
- Charlie the Corgi gives everyone around great morale boosts.
Personal Skills: Repairing and Observation.
Thanks to her repairing skills she can repair her (oh so fragile) mech anywhere on the battlefield! Though this does take some time and Elizabeth hates seeing her mech get damaged...
Her observation skills are unmatched and in all honesty almost necessary in her fragile mech. Her observation leads to excellent teamwork as she can locate enemies and ‘mark’ them for her allies. She is also known for saving allies life by cutting straight through artillery fire.
Mech Description: H.M.M. Deathwish is a small, silver mech, made to be extremely light and incredibly fast. Imagine a formula 1 car, which goes around 300km/h which is already ludicrously fast, now imagine a mech going 2000km/h, that’s H.M.M. Deathwish
And he always lives up to his name, speeding and dashing around the battlefield, carefully going around or going straight through buildings with help of his 2 giant laser blades.
This mech’s armor is also incredibly sharp and jagged, allowing to cut through wind and infantry alike.
This mechs head is equipped with high quality lenses, allowing for extremely fast lock on. The lenses are fast but cannot lock on very far, they’re made for high speed close combat. It’s surprisingly sturdy compared to other body parts. It slightly resembles a spiders head.
An adorably small radar dish sits between the 2 shoulders, though looking like a prop its actually a highly advanced radar with a ludicrous refresh rate, its decent against jammers.
- Extremely quick lock on, H.M.M. Deathwish will keep anything in its sight.
- Long range, can mark from long range but can’t lock on them.
- Radar Jammer resistance, allowing it to sometimes negate radar jammers, or allow it to track its location so that H.M.M. Deathwish can destroy it.
Its body is in a T-shape, allowing fast aerial and land based combat, though not much protection is gained from it. It also dons some stabilizing accessories. Thrusters are placed on its back and its front, on its left and right side. A small cannon is concealed in its back, pointing upwards.
- Hard to lock on to, difficult to land hits. Barely any HP.
The arms react in an extremely quick way, most people will not even notice if the mech has struck them. Every joint on the arm Is extremely flexible. Boosters have been placed on the top and side of the shoulders, also at the end of the elbow for use with the laser blades.
-Small, fast and barely any armor. Perfect.
This mech has 2 interchangeable sets of legs, 1 made of two legs made for aerial and urban environments and 1 is made of 4 legs, allowing better stability and speed in uneven terrain. Both of these legs are mainly used for balance and won’t touch the ground during high speed.
- Extremely high stability due to legs only used for balance.
Attunement Points:
Independence: 7
- Being made out of material so light that the mech can reach 1500km/h without any problem confirms that this craft is solely made for its speed.
- Its speed can be that tremendous that it appears to ‘lag’ over the battlefield, making it even more difficult for other mechs or automated weaponry to target it. (NoW yoU SeE me, Now You DoN’T)
- Because this material is so light, it can barely take hits. Mech sized assault rifles bullets will do more than ‘just a dent’.
- It has thrusters and jets all over its body so that it can quickly ‘boost’ out of missile salvos, large cannon fire, etc. This will make its speed go to 3000km/h but only for a second. It can also fly with its thrusters, though flying upwards isn’t very fast.
(This craft can dodge virtually everything, if its timed correctly that is...)
- It’s silver color actually comes from his armor, which disrupts radars in close proximity, while enhancing its own. Weirdly enough this armor is not magnetic in any way. (What is this plastic armor?)
- Boston Tea Party, before battle Elizabeth holds a tea party with her allies greatly boosting the pilots Observation and Aim.
- England’s Life Support, if an action should kill H.M.M. Deathwish time will be slown down for a second, in which H.M.M. Deathwish Grabs a British flag from his back slamming it through whatever was going to hit H.M.M. Deathwish. The flag makes the surrounding area British property and due to England’s strict gun laws any guns, missiles, rockets, etc. might fail to work. Any allies can buy permits from Elizabeth allowing their guns to function, though the larger the weaponry the heftier the price.
2 flags can be placed per mission. Though the slowdown can also be used to simply dodge the action but this is risker as it isn’t 100%. This has a small cooldown.
- Praise the sun! Elizabeth climbs out her mech, striking a Y-pose. A small cannon attached to the back of the craft will fire a bolt similar to a flare upwards towards the sun, the sun will light up to an extreme amount extremely reducing the amount enemies can see and irradiating H.M.M. Deathwish, giving it a minor shield(this will knock of a few bullets before needing recharge.)
Competitiveness: 0
Fervor: 1
- It has 2 enormous laser-blades equipped, called Treason’s End, they are small and tiny when not being used, but extend to up half the mechs length when used in combat.
- These laser blades can easily cut through large buildings like flats and apartments as if they’re made of paper maché.
- The blades are highly adaptable, if they ‘meet’ material they can’t cut through they’ll increase particle density and intensify the heat. This has a maximum. The maximum has a slight cooldown for every slice.
- If these weapons are used together in a thrusting way, they can go through virtually everything.
- Combined with her thrusters her blades can also reach ludicrous armor and shield penetration, if timed correctly that is.
- H.M.M. Deathwish can also make sickle-formed shockwaves by making a quick upwards motions with its blades, these track metal slightly but move nearly at the speed of light. It has cooldown for separate Blades.
(America? Yeah I suppose I love it, why?)
