The noblemen have retreated to the heavily fortified castles in the Duchy of Dahnia, whilst some made a run for Clochtoir, after your Army destroyed another big concentration of their forces, opening the way into northern territories. Gold mines north of Zonalath has been secured, and the gold bullion should arrive to the Treasury this year after all.

Meanwhile, Odish Padawan has taken control of Karasau! The big city fell into his hands not through fighting, but subtefuge; his supporters and Parsian citizens themselves seizing the gates of the city. The central keep, staffed by about a thousand Methiantese soldiers, is holding out currently, but the city will truly fall into Odish's hands if that citadel surrenders.

A) Fine then, let's split our forces a bit and deal with this Parsian rabble.
B) I'm sure that they can survive a month, cuz that's all we need to deal with northern nobles!
C) Let's negotiate with Odish, I'm sure he can be reasoned with.
