You place the Empire on lockdown to make sure that the plague doesn't spread too far. Healers are called to Ceodwell and medicine is being bought and sent there to try and halt the terrible disease, which unlike last time, has already made inroads into the Empire.

Despite all efforts, the plague has leaked outside Ceodwell as victims' numbers in the region itself has surpassed thousand; first cases are reported north of Ironbone mountains. Due to unfortunate homelessness of many hundreds of Alldivines, traveling is still common and people sneak around, the sick bringing the plague with them.
