How fun is SPAMKINGDOM series?

Mind-bogglingly popular game series that you follow from early on and cannot stop, waiting for new installment like a drooling addict.
Long-runner soap opera you're too invested into to just stop watching it.
A fun little comic strip in the daily newspaper that's been around forever.
3/6
Who said it's fun? I didn't for sure.
I'm just waiting here for it to die horribly already so it will stop showing on my Unread Posts list.

A

Fuck. If we had adopted Elective Succession we could have named King Erik successor right now!

RIP

Missed our chance.

A is clearly the superior and most legal choice out of all these, but he has so many kids of his own that it takes pretty far away from folding Cydwyl... I'm half tempted to vote for some other shitty option so our next king can die without kids and try to fold in Cydwyl...

So... A I guess.

What are herta's skills?

A) wise king always a good (I think it will be the only kid that won't die because he will stay among he is books)
b) healthy/alcoholic king (really, it isn't a very useful trait)
c) lucky priest, may give us problems with the other religions, and good relations with pantheonists, but what if he gained a fanatic trait when he was out?
D) unknown queen (if we don't manage to make Cydwyl and methiant one under erik crown it will give us the best relation possible with the albionese, might upset some nobles)
E) call abis back

There should be an option to name Eirika our heir, that way the two lands don't merge on our death, they'll have until Eirikas death to ease the merger of the two lands and make it easier for everyone to get used too.

F) make Eirika our heir

don't step down right now

King Erik is probabling preparing his way to get dahnian and cydwyl to accept our political game

he don't accepted ouright because they might get upset, Erik is charismatic right? Maybe he can manage to do it

No but seriously it'd give us a pretty strong connection with Albion at least. Plus we could remarry Herta with someone from King Erik's own family, I'm sure he has like a brother or something.

She's also like, the eldest surviving kid I think? So, it'd be pretty legal to do so.

A I'm of the opinion that the throne should stay within the hands of the bloodline of Cyl so as to keep D from winning I shall join with the Eiven supporters. I'm sure there will be a chance to convert to the best religion of Pantheonism later.

A is the best choice. I really don't want to make Erik our heir anyway. Vassal, sure.
I do like the idea of a Pirate Queen but, since she lacks any family ties now, that would mean the end of the Yoean dynasty, which just doesn't seem acceptable.

Why not? If you don't mind me asking? He's our grandson, his mother is, I think, our oldest still alive and not a priest child. Now that we can pass the line along female bloodlines it seems like he's a pretty good choice. Or if not him, his mother.

A The oldest living son we haven't already disinherited.

pirate empress

If our happiness and authority were higher I would be more tempted, but right now I don't think we can pull it off.

We matched his brother to our half-grandniece.

Mainly because Erik and his court are culturally Cydwyllian and it would basically be replacing the Empire of Methiant with the Empire of Cydwyl. The fact that the selection, and our having changed that law in the first place, would be against our local traditions also weighs against, as I like preserving the local traditions.

I now announce my support of the Erik faction! He is of the best religion, of the right Bloodline, and will bring in Cydwyl into the fold! Truly the best possible Emperor to restore Luathbas!

As for his culture the Northmen are from what I understand closely related to Luathbasians! I believe that Erik and his bloodline could quickly be absorbed into the best culture in the world! Luathbasian!

I am also kinda curious about why we can choose a foreigner Princess who is completely unrelated to us by blood as heir but not our daughter Eirika or our grandson King Erik?

That Elective Succession Edict specifically allows foreign heirs. I suppose we have to pass that first.
