We did pick the option with the highest odds of success. Sometimes the RNG just elects to fuck us and there's nothing to be done about it. Just gotta hedge your bets and keep going. Luckily we have a fairly expansive dynasty at the moment, and maybe Abis can resolve any differences with Houlandin by having him assassinated or something.
