We already agreed on how to partition it though. Now they're asking for us to let them have the nicest part of the country, and to be honest I don't know what they could really offer us that balances out the cost of giving it up. We're already coming into territory where we'll be considered weak rather than just interested in better relations, evidence being that they're willing to make such demands in the first place. Giving Sim this kind of concession isn't going to help things.

After lengthy negotiations, you fail to convince Ajarat to buy the capital, and after some more talking, he concedes that the Parsian capital city and its nearby soil will remain with Methiant. Nothing lost, nothing gained.

What's next?

A) Obviously we coordinate great assault on the Parsian capital with Ajarat!
B) I go and take a nap, Ajarat's forces can capture the capital for us.
C) Let's lend the Simians a hand in the siege.

I think A means we all rush them right now; while C is surround and wait, probably use our cannon (and Sim oliphaunt cannon?) to knock down some stuff first.

Alright, I'm back. Nice to see we're finally annexing Parsia while also keeping friendship with Sim, I was worried for a second there when I saw some combat roles while skimming back to where I last read.

A, I'm pretty confident in our abilities to smash the capital quickly. Those auto sixes are very nice, they make attacking other countries look all the better. Speaking of which, I still think our next target should be Eldrican. Also, I see a new country in the Northen Mountains called Mistermon. Did I miss something, or has that just kind of quietly popped up?

Edit: There's also the charred fields close to Mistermon which seem to of bitten a chunk out of the elven forests. I am now really curious as to what happened up there.
