C if we're talking about, say, a guarantee of an open road to it

I have not played Europa Universalis, but I think I understand anyway.

For now, a highly skeptical C with the clear understanding that turning him down is very possible.
(Maybe bring up the idea of splitting it again, depending on the offer.)

To be honest, I'd vote for a "just take it, no questions asked" option if there was one. We turned on Parsia in large part because we wanted better relations with Sim. It would be kinda stupid if everything were to fall apart over disagreements regarding the division of loot and land.
