Okay, adjustments: don't butcher, just sell the corpses and buy food equal to their value. Then distribute between the team so far.
Also, I believe that being first to post my list means I get first pick/sell from our goods, right? Or should we roll for it?

(I already knew it was only one use I read it in the description)

John continues with the same deal.

(Go right ahead with posting your thoughts, Dustan.  Then, if there's a conflict, we'll resolve it.)

(So far there is no conflict over the value of the carcasses: Coolrune206 is just talking about selling the glowstone.  And you're carrying 2 units of it.  So if you don't mind that he's rifling through your backpack . . . )

(And I saw that other people wanted to buy a water keg and a skillet, so I figured I'd mention that detail in case you felt the team had enough group-helping goods and you could spend something on yourself instead of your initial plan.  By the way: Coolrune206 is carrying things like the deceased's blanket, so you'd have to go through his pack to sell it . . . )

(You've got your own goodies to sell from the deceased, like the old mining pick, which is how I got that sum of 66 opal for you.  Here, I'll just copy from the first post, and you can go back to the prices on the previous page:)

Spoiler: Frank (Coolrune206) (click to show/hide)
Spoiler: John (ziizo) (click to show/hide)

Yes, I do mind and also I wanted to sell some of the glow stone in our barrow for my knife. This brings us into conflict.

As does the fact that you're trying to sell my blanket.

So yeah. Remember, Frank is surprisingly good at getting his teammates killed by "accident".

That just means you'll end up killing John.

Awesome.  Lemme check exact values . . .

Ah ha!  I am pleased to report that you can make these purchases.  You need only sell the super-heavy hematite from the wheelbarrow.  (In addition to various stuff you each are carrying, but you knew that.)

Dustan can keep carrying the glowstone and opal in his pack (unless you want to fight . . . ), and there's still the glowstone and coal in the wheelbarrow.  I imagine you'll sell the heavy coal.

And then you'll have something like 32 opal in change from your transactions just lying around.  Probably should turn it into more portable goods.

Edit: Obviously, if Coolrune206 wants to sell the glowstone from the wheelbarrow, then that's 64 in total.  But it doesn't sound like he's sharing . . . ?

. . . Right, then.

So at this point I'll just advise Dustan that Frank, and only Frank, has chosen to purchase something that gives a combat benefit.  He might take the 32 spare cash and his own pack of minerals and purchase something that will keep him alive longer than the fellow with the minor grenade launcher.

Edit: Even better!  I was just guessing earlier, and it turns out you'll have 44 opal to spare before selling anything else in your pack.  If you can't think of something to do with it, Dustan, I'm sure John could take advantage of double his earlier budget.

Just enough to hammer down on his sorry butt.
buy a war hammer first, then challenge frank to a duel for ownership of the barrow and it's contents. beat the crap out of him when he accepts!

Valid concern.  Who should be in charge of distributing wheelbarrow contents into the future?  Clearly a reason to kill an entire member of the party!

AND SELL THE POSSESSIONS OF THE LOSER!

Unless you want to take this to no more than first blood or something like a wimp.  Just tell me.

(Aaaand we'll probably be bringing in the waitlist tomorrow, not today.)

Frank seems surprised.

"We're in a shitty little hell-hole, and you want to fight another member of your party to death?

I think  this display of stupidity of yours already disqualifies you to make any decisions relating to money.

Isn't that right, MURDERER? Teamkilling FIEND!

(Ha ha ha!  Dustan, just tell me if you want "death" or "first blood" and we'll go for it.  Technically, ziizo, if you're online right now you could try to interfere.  Somehow I don't think you're concerned about anything except staying out of range of critical fumbles.)
