I have yet to see anyone recognising the fact that Biden's warning of an imminent Russian invasion was truthful. He had been called a liar and (ironically) even warmonger for weeks now. Oh, well. I'm doing it now. Thank you Biden for telling the truth. Never thought I'd say that about an American president.

A "Trump-style" president would, like Trump, be a loudmouth who makes a lot of threats, but also an obvious coward with no willingness to follow through on them. The only opponents a "Trump-style" president would be willing to attack would be ones that can't fight back, and he could bully forever without repercussion.

I just resent any idea of Trump having any positive qualities at all, because he didn't have any. The only good thing he's ever done was convince a large enough portion of the American populace to stop being apathetic about politics and to throw his ass out of office.

You're forgetting that Putin is a Trump-style president.  It's why Putin attacked AFTER Trump left office.  They got along handsomely because they're basically the same sort of person.

Judges don't impeach Presidents.  The Chief Justice basically just keep the Senators in line. After two impeachment trials*, you don't know that basic fact of American Politics?

Ideally, the Democrats & his family would have a nice long talk with Biden and suggest he step down for the good of the country.
...ironically, if he is truly as senile as I think he is, that could go many different ways.  His adamant refusal is one possible response.

Also ironically, I was trying to figure out if the parallel of Putin and Hitler was accurate.  Your post clearly indicates that it was, as Hitler did all those things.

Fun fact: The 25th Amendment, Section 3 is apparently only applicable to colonoscopy.  It was only during that specific procedure that any acting president has let their Vice-President take over.  Presumably, the Chief Executive is adverse to admitting it might not be competent...

I'll admit, I let my anger at the situation get the better of me.  A succession crisis in the US at this very moment should be avoided if at all possible.

But yeah, overall I want Kamala Harris to replace Biden.

There are three mechanisms available:
1) Biden retires in favor of Kamala Harris.  It protects the integrity of everyone and can be done smoothly.  If Biden has indeed been suffering mental health issues, it is probably the preferred and most likely option.
2) Kamala Harris invokes Section 4 of the 25th Amendment with the assistance of the Cabinet.  Alternatively, Congress creates/empowers a body to investigate the mental fitness of the President with consent of Kamala Harris, who would ultimately have to concur with their findings in order to invoke Section 4 of the 25th Amendment
3) The House of Representatives initiates Impeachment Proceedings under "High crimes and misdemeanors".  The term "misdemeanors" is not the same as in the Criminal Law usage.  One or more prior indiscretions would be being examined under a microscope. Assuming/remaining in office with a known severe issue that impairs judgment could be argued as similar to assuming/remaining in office with a known conflict of interest.  Behavior is grounds for impeachment as bringing the Presidency "into contempt, ridicule, and disgrace".  This is the option a Republican Majority could attempt if one existed, as it does not require the cooperation of the President or the Vice-President.
