No-one else with an agenda will given that France lacks the fleets to do so, and no-one else has any armies or fleets nearby. Hence spain being mroe than a bit of a... well, dick in invading.

And...yeah, but the UK hasn't sent me mail at all :c so Spain only has French mail, alongside some French fries as snacks while reading said mail. Also Italy then mailed them and Spain was like 'oh okay sure', while sipping Venetian wine, and sent a response that didn't get replied to :< and then without any response, Spain had to do stuff.

I didn't think it needed a response! You said 'yeah that sounds good.' I thought everything was okay, and you were just busy so you hadn't put in your orders. :/

at least for the moment, you could probably still edit them, tho

Though, speaking of which, question, Haspen. If UK is at war with France but allied with Spain, and France is allied with Spain and tried to convoy troops through a sea province containing UK and Spanish fleets, using the Spanish fleets, what happens?

And at your question--me being allied with both of you is OKAY as much as I read the rules, actually. It just matters who first uses the fleets as they can seemingly transport folks only once per global turn.

Imagine blockade runners or 'crews with hidden troops', which is pretty not-really-good and maybe a war crime o_O but I'm unsure; technically, the units still cross though.

In this particular case, because Fleets work as 'stepping stones' in this game, nothing happens. French army gets easily transported and UK ships can't do a thing about it.
