Yep, Jumping is fine here. Best to not attempt medical aid when there may be sudden extreme acceleration anyway.

And it was a good one. After it cools down, Eliza Tenzhen calibrates it up.

The scanner reports that this system has a yellow star, not dissimilar from New Home, the star around which the humankind's Colonia planet orbits.

This system contains a volcanic planet very close to the star, a desertified planet with atmosphere, and two gas giants far behind; one swirling with brown and black stripes, the other almost uniformly emerald.

The scanner reveals large bodies of water on the desert planet! The planet's surface temperatures reach up to 340 K and more during the day. Geological and volcanic activity is low, and there are no signs of complex life on the planet.

What shall the crew do?

Upon reviewing the jump reports, Tiri makes a very distinct calculation that advice--when, not if they survive--for new pioneers would include one skilled Astrophysicist or an apprentice for such.

"I'm leaving the choices for the rest of you--I'll be preparing my equipment and ready for getting samples however. We could use some of the materials to create and design items for use."

Ponder if I can use 'research' to create personal items that'd protect us from hazards, or improve weaponry. ._.

Thanks to his skill, he has no trouble doing so. Then he scans for satelites but none are present, neither artificial nor moons.

Cripto attempts to scan for life.

He finds that the desert planet shows some methane production going on in the polar regions! Mayhaps there's some exciting bacteria dwelling there.

Eliza Tenzhen runs some diagnostics and a little bit fixin'.

She managed to patch up all the loose bits of the spaceship, which is fully functional again.

Twinwolf continues to bleed and loses counciousness!
