Is the harvest in september together with taxes?

Yes.

Do stewards also boost iron, wood and stone taxes?
yes.

Don't forget, when planning your turn you will only be gaining half your income, due to the other half being outside in tax to the emperor.

Following that, don't forget you have a dignitary at the emperor's court, who can have his spy ring do various things.

You get it immediately, with the rest of your monthly tax.

So long as you end up in the positives and don't exceed the production limit I'm not fussed.

I suppose purchases can be done only starting from next turn? ( since right now we haven't produced anything yet)

Flazeo, you have a PM. ( 3 actually, although in the first I mixed you with another player, the second corrects that and the third reinforces the first)

You can purchase this turn's output. If you don't it is assumed that random peasants buy it for their own ends.

I have a Question: Are the listed wages for courtiers  monthly or yearly? When are they paid?

Those wages, like those for soldiers, are yearly. All wages are paid at the harvest along with tax.

If a price is just listed in materials, do all the materials used have to be of the same type or are we able to mix and match?

Firstly, a Proclaimation:
Lady Cho and her Faithful Consort, Lord Xo rule the lands of House Khas. The Capitol of their holdings is known as Khas Keep, which is supplied by the farming village of West Keepling. Beyond the bay is the town of Khaswell, with the villages of South and East Khaswell.

Secondly, questions!
-Does gold require stockpile space?
-How do I acquire horses?
-How do I acquire Masons?
-Do we choose which troops are levied to the Emperor, or does he?
-Is there a minium levy that I am required to provide, or is it simply 50% of whatever I have?
-How are vassal levy requirements determined wrt irregulars?
-Can peasants be moved between farms and quarries within a given year? If so, does this alter crop yields?
-Are all taxes paid in September of every year?
