Who here would refund their No Man's Sky? Or would if they bought it.

Nah. I've already put 22 hours in, so it's basically past my cost-time threshold. If I really wanted to be a scumbag I could blitz games that had plausible reasons to be refunded and then do so, but frankly if you already got your money's worth it's a kinda shitty thing to do. Maybe if it didn't run at all for me or something I would.

I played a "demo" for two hours and really enjoyed my time. I don't have the game though, can't afford it this month. But the game performed good for me (especially considering my CPU kinda sucks. Its an i5 660 3.3 GHz craptastic one lol). And its a perfect game for me, since in most games I spend most of the time exploring or building stuff. And sadly a lot of games focus too much on combat, and not enough of exploring (which this game does).

But I literally watched like 2 or 3 videos, read some posts/articles over the past few years since it was announced. I wasn't hyped up at all, so I didn't really go in expecting good or bad. But it is a perfect game for me, since it focuses heavily on exploration.

I really enjoy Starbound too, which is a good for that. But No Man's Sky (at least for my two hour playthrough) seemed a bit more fun. With that said, Starbound with mods (as I said in other thread) is still epic. I dunno how moddable No Man's Sky will be, but if its at least sorta moddable, it'll add a lot of enjoyment.

I'm in the weird situation that if it was $25-30 I'd delete it and actually buy it on steam based on what I played actually, but at the current price that doesn't seem right. It really does feel more like an indie priced game than a full AAA priced one.

Ill still delete it because it feels wrong to keep, but still.

Blame Sony for that. I strongly suspect that it would have been if not for their involvement.

That is the thing with games no adays just inflating the playing times by adding more and more grinding that you have to push through...

It actually took me those 7 hours to basically find out I was completely and utterly ripped off.
