'To Feodh of Luathbas
Your idea of combining arms against a non-human menace of Elf nation is intriguing. We have Elf people in southern Damdamia as well, where those black-skinned, blue-haired sub-humans are tending to our fruit and cacao farms. However, if your proxy is to be trusted, your Elf peoples are fair-skinned and have quite a temperament. I will therefore seek challenge-loving commanders amongst the Army of Damdamia, and see if some might be willing to work as mercenaries for you. You will of course provide them with payment and temples so that they might fulfill their religious needs toward our Lord Father.

You decide to write a reply...
A) ...agreeing to the idea of Damdamian soldier-mercenaries working for you.
B) ...attempting to negotiate actual, government-regulated campaign between the two nations.
C) ...rejecting the offer as it is simply not good enough, and you don't see how they could propose anything better.
