"He is not marked inactive but has done nothing in public."

"Is that proof of omnicidal tendencies?"

((Also:

The Tournament results are in! Following weeks of intensive (relatively) high-stakes games of many sorts, it is revealed that the top five Luckiest races in the tournament are the Arani, Ishim, Dagomoths (but not after their recent disaster), weird giant porcupines, and Beastmen. The five Unuckiest races are the Terminae, Porcelain Men, Katteros, Shimmerhands, and Anansi.

A winner needs to come forward else I can't give them a prize :o

"Of course, who wants to enter a tournament when they don't know what they might win? I sure wouldn't! The winner of the Inaugural Fortuna's Hand Classic will receive the fulfilment of a 100% Fully Guaranteed No-Strings-Attached One-Time-Only Non-Violent Request from the god of Luck themselves, me!"
))

   Anansi governor: "They are unusable!"

"Oh, then why didn't you just say so?"

Have Section One repair the factories, while observing why they keep exploding.

Quote
A sulfurous glow appears in Chance following the Tournament and essentially all Scorim exposed to it die! Some other casualties include Ishim, Sharim, Beastmen, Terminae, Anansi, and Art3.

"How mean! These races aren't related at all, why would someone do this?"

Tick 24.5: Whence comes the Third?

A satellite floating high above the Mountain reveals the long-sought-after Death's race, apparently known as Daoine, menacingly tracking intact villages in a physics-breaking path. Their isolated, well-hidden villages dot the wide 0.8G layer. It appears most of the villages are on fire or in ruins and that an unexpectedly high number of Daoine come in multiple pieces.

Landria has accused Death of causing mass-death to races--a very serious accusation to make, given the mass-death of Death's own race. Gandtrael has unexpectedly doubted this scurrilous report.

Katzerie has gone to the remaining Dagomoths and created the Protector's Cape to redirect damage to them to herself. (Katzerie: -10E) Katzerie has also paid Praven's 8E demand. (Katzerie: -8E, Captain Praven: +8E)

Back at Chance, both an Arani participant and a weird giant porcupine-like person step forward and claim the prize.

Section One has taken charge of the rebuilding effort. Factories seem to explode when too many explosives stay in one place for too long and pyromaniacs exist.

"Ah, a tie-breaker is necessary.

I am thinking of a number between 1 and 99. Each of you must choose a number, and whichever number is closest - whether it's greater than or less than my number - will be declared the winner.
"

((number PM'd to KJP, just so I don't get accused of cheatin' :P))

"I can also confirm that Death was on a murder spree, I had safeguards to prevent divine interference in the tournament.

The sulfurous glow was those safeguards being triggered by Death, and was in itself harmless, just something to let me know if someone was doing anything. I needed to investigate that before I could confirm anything else.

"You were attacked, but I arrived too late. So tell me, what attacked you?"
Katzerie asks the Dagomoths what they saw, what attacked them.

But it seems Death has killed some of my Dagomoths, and stolen their eyes.
