What about her? Her next tour schedule? How much her first album made? The name of her childhood pets? No, neonivek, you look up Lady Gaga and link whatever about her is relevant to the discussion.

It is common knowledge. So much so that the Simpsons referenced it.

Evidently not. Just link them, it's not going to hurt you.

And Reelya, you're really not in a position to talk about snide tones.

Based on Googling "lady gaga british parody", do you mean the Weird Al Parody controversy?
TBH you've been vague a lot recently, Neo, mostly in regards to video games and animes.  It's a little frustrating sometimes...  No offense, in fact it's frustrating because I like to know what you specifically are talking about.

Okay ninja'd but just going to post.

that's basically the one reason i dislike neo

he's too vague, i just ignore his posts now, because there's no reason to read them. never mentions the name of the thing, is too snide and "well everyone KNOWS what i'm talking about" too often. there's nothing to really gain from reading them and no way to respond since there's nothing inside them, nothing to grab hold on and hook into a conversation.

Excuse me Princess.

Edit: Sorry I had to keep that. I love that line, if only because frankly... She deserved it 80% of the time.

Edit 2: Just clarifying the edit down is to bring this topic to peacetime faster.

@Descan [because emptyquoting is bugged atm apparently]
I'm sorry for bringing it up, and I wouldn't go this harsh with it...  Maybe my post looked negative but I meant it constructively, I like Neo's insights.  When I understand them.
Way off topic now, sorry again.

I think Neo's incoherent mutterings are part of the charm, but Neo should accept that if he is not going to use clear language and articulate a thought thoroughly, nobody is obligated to forensically deduce what the heck he's saying.

Neo I gotta defend Descan on this, and this bit of criticism is especially pertinent
Neo, it's not that you're wrong, it's that you come in, make assumption without source or anything (because if you provide source, you might get a discussion?) and then expect people to take your seriously.
This is a quote from an older thread discussion where a very similar thing happened
The bit Descan said about how you don't leave anything to hook into and start a discussion is especially pertinent, because you tend to avoid any sources which makes it impossible to discuss what you're saying
From the same discussion:
Never EVER going to provide proof... It really isn't worth it. No one is gonna pull me into it.
If you're just going to go by and drop baseless accusations and not give us the respect of posting proof when asked, then don't bother posting.

This is why I don't take your criticisms seriously. It is more bias then genuine observation... Such as back when people said I hated all games and then I actually looked at my post history and found... In fact I had far more positive posts about games then negative. Even to the extent that people would refer to my positive posts as negative as well.
So... Excuse me Princess.
So I don't think Princess Descan needs to be excused, as it's a genuine observation loads of people from across the world with loads of political biases all coming to the conclusion that you like making vague phrases with no sources, whilst having this bizarre attitude of presumption, where you expect everyone to be able to understand you with no presentation of fact needed. We are all very different, we all live very different lives, we need material to work with otherwise there can be no discussion at all - we'd either be at an impasse or merely talking about how much we agree or disagree with our biases

Look up Lady Gaga :P

This sort of conversation is something lots of people have found occasionally with you, the empty statement or assertion incomplete of any source, and when prompted to actually provide any substance for your point you just talk about how everyone else should know or how "obvious" it is

We all like you Neonivek, it just gets very frustrating seeing the same sort of presumption that the reader should automatically know all that you know. That would be impossible, bay12 has no psychics on the forum xD

I only ignore people who actualy bother to sign their posts on a goddamn internet forum :U, but its been a while since we had those, and its mostly because I'm a jerk anyway.

But ye, as much as I enjoy mentally projecting the image of a less charming forrest gump on neo, I have to agree that his habit of just throwing an isolated argument around and then expecting people to grab the hook without blinking an eye can get a bit tiresome sometimes. Hell, I don't even take part in most of these discussions because it 1) never seems to amount to any understanding; 2) its less fun than watching it; and 3) it ruins muh immersion.

Altough I almost don't want it to change since its become so common that it has become one with what I consider to be regular bay12 background noise, alongside general discussion politics thread banmutes, butts and the wtf thread. Alas, I quote myself:

Today on the WTF thread: Vampire Jews, the number 4, job resumes and neonivek behavior.

All is well in the world.

Nice to see that the discourse in the Ameripol thread is going into the new year at such a low level. Nowhere to go but up.

At least my incoherantness isn't going to actually affect the entire world :P
